Control, Revisión y Seguimiento

Saludos Amigos. teníamos como 3 días, sin compartir, pero bueno para variar problemas con el internet en la Empresa, si bien saben, trabajo en un Hipermercado que ofrece de todo; Farmacia, Panaderia Cafetin, Carnicería, verduras y legumbres, Licores, Línea Blanco, Charcuteria, Pescaderia y los Alimentos de la cesta basica y para ello, se debe administrar con un continua revisión, control y Seguimiento.

Greetings Friends. we had like 3 days, without sharing, but good for a change, problems with the internet in the Company, although you know, I work in a Hypermarket that offers everything; Pharmacy, Cafetin Bakery, Butcher, vegetables and legumes, Liquors, White Line, Delicatessen, Fishmonger and Food from the basic basket and for this, it must be administered with a continuous review, control and follow-up.

Por lo antes indicados, existe una serie de documentos que requiere esa revisión, control y Seguimiento continuo, es decir, diario y mensual. donde además debe existir una auto revisión general de trabajo que se está realizando, el cual deber ser eficiente y eficaz. Documentos administrativo a revisar y esto dependerá la línea de servicio que ofrece cada empresa
En el Hipermercado Maxihogar, C.A., se debe llevar los control. revisión y seguimiwntos de los siguiente documentos; Compras, Pedidos, Nóminas, Facturas, Reportes Z de caja, Cuadre de cajas, pagos, movumientos contable, movimiento de la tienda en General, entre otros. los cuales deben contener kas autorizaciones y firmas necesarias en cada procesos. el incumplimiento de fallas, se debe mitigar y minimizar, el cual va refleja el buen desempeño del área admunistrativa.

Dentro del mismo orden de idea, el control de las solvencia municipales y sus pagos. los permisos a su funcionamiento (Bomberos, Conformación Sanitaria. permiso sanitario) y a nivel Municipal la Pantente o actividades comerciales, Conformación de Uso y la Priopiedad Inmobilaria y de ser el caso el Permiso de Licores, debe estar pendiente de estos aspectos y no dejar que se caiga en vencimiento.
