In this post I will talk about a very important and valuable topic which is health and fitness.
Everyone wants to be healthy and fit and everyone knows the importance of health in life. But still many people why fail to maintain their proper health? Why people don't do regular exercise although they know the importance of exercise? Why we are not consistent in our exercise? Why we quit exercise after doing few days? These are few questions that need to be answered and I will try to give you answers of these valuable questions. So read this post till the end. It us going to be an interesting post.
We think we need motivation to remain consistent in exercise and our daily work out. But I don't agree with it. Motivation remains only for few days and after few days we are back to our normal routine. I think remaining consistent in exercise and being fit needs discipline. We should be disciplined in our daily work out. Now the question is how to remain disciplined ? I think discipline need interset. If you want to be disciplined in exercise, you should change your routine of exercise. You should add new things in exercise. For example if you go for exercise seven days in a week, you should change the routine. You should play games almost three days in a week. Two days in a week you should enjoy jym training and and remaining days you should enjoy walk, jogging and other exercises. You know why people quit exercise? Because they follow the same routine of exercise and in a result it becomes very boring for them to carry on their exercise. That's why they quit exercise and their dream to become fit don't fulfill.
Last month I started exercise at Race course park Lahore. Today was my 34the day of exercise. I am regularly doing different exercises and jym training at Race course park Lahore. Here are my today's pictures after training.
Believe me I am feeling completely different after doing 34 day consistent exercise . I appreciate myself on this achievement. When I started exercise and jym training last month, many people said that you cannot carry exercise for longer period of time but I proved them totally wrong.
Look one thing I learned from my personal experience is that consistency comes when you challenge yourself, when you don't listen to others. You can only be consistent if you challenge your abilities. Comfort zone is a slow poison. So you have to come out from comfort zone. When you are out of comfrt zone you can do it with consistency. I think breaking comfort zone is necessary for consistency.
So if you want to remain healthy and fit, you have to be consistent in your daily work out. You have to be disciplined in doing exercise. Health should be your first priority.
So the conclusion of the post is that being fit and helathy is necessary for everyone and fitness needs proper diet and consistent exercise. While consistency in exercise and diest demand regularity and disciplined. Disciplined comes when you make your exercise time interesting.
