Today I want to talk to you about one of my favorite coffees, and it's as the title "Flat White" indicates.

Hoy les quiero hablar de unos de mis cafes favoritos, y es como indica el titulo 'Flat White.'
It is a strong coffee with milk and a small amount of cream (hence the name) and the way to prepare it technically speaking is:
2oz of espresso.
7oz of foam milk.
It's a kind of latte but with much more coffee and therefore a more intense and captivating flavor.
Es un café fuerte con leche y poca cantidad de crema (de allí el nombre) y la manera de prepararlo técnicamente hablando es:
2oz de café espresso. 7oz leche texturizada.
Es una especie de Latte pero con mucha mas cantidad de café y por lo tanto un sabor mas intenso y cautivador.
Every day is my first coffee, it's not as creamy as cappuccino but it has a rich balance and even more so when you use a good specialty coffee.
I hope you will have the opportunity to try one and experience more than we normally do.
Todos los días es mi primer café, no es tan cremoso como el capuchino pero tiene un balance rico y mas aun cuando se usa un buen café de
