En casa casi nunca falta los huevos y siempre nos saca de aprietos para resolver el desayuno o para la cena, esta mañana me he levantado con ganas de comer un revoltillo y por supuesto acompañado por la típica arepa Venezolana; cada quien tiene su propio estilo al prepararlos, si también quieres complementar el plato con otros ingredientes es aceptable, me complace en invitarlos a ver mi preparación fácil y rápido de hacer.

Ingredientes para el revoltillo:
2 huevos.
3 Tómates.
Sal al gusto.

3 tomatoes.

Paso 1° || Step 1°
Se lava muy bien los tómates, se picara en pequeños cuadros y luego colocar el tómate picado en un sarten.

Seguidamente, partir los 2 huevos, echarlos en un cuenco y batirlos para agregárselo al sarten con el tómate picado.

Revolver bien la mezcla hasta que se integre los ingredientes, agregar sal al gusto y apagar.

Solo queda montar las arepas, darle vuelta a cada lado cerciorándose de que queden bien cocinadas.

Yo le agregue un poco de queso rallado, pero si quieres comerlo solo con el revoltillo u otros complementos, es valido para degustar un rico desayuno. 😋
