The fish was cooked as a stew, not fried to preserve its natural flavor, highlighting it with garlic sauce, English and soy, without losing its nutrients, this food provides many vitamins to the body including vitamin A, D, B1, B2, B3 and B12 also contains minerals such as iodine, magnesium, potassium, iron and phosphorus.
I accompanied the fish with rice and a salad called pico de gallo, which has tomato, onion and other ingredients, this salad is optional. But without further details I invite you to see my Preparation.
