How to Make Choco Chip Buns

yoooo hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from all over the world wherever you are. back again with me Jodi Pamungkas and Ema on the food and snack recipe blog that is very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. thanks to all of you who have visited and read my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make sponge cake with cheese topping. have you made the recipe? give your feedback below this post. how about the beginning of 2022? Do you have big plans this year? Or are all years the same? leave your comments below this post. happy thursday for those of you who are with family or friends, hope your day is fun and not boring. So, today Ema and I will make bread with processed choco chips. a few days ago I once made cookies with choco chips, so now I will make a version of bread mixed with lots of choco chips in the bread. Well, for those of you who are interested in making this choco chip bread, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. Good luck Hivers!

OK, now the materials you have to prepare and buy are not too expensive and very cheap. You can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket. The first ingredients you have to prepare are bread flour, instant yeast, salt, granulated sugar or you can use powdered sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, cold water, margarine or you can use unsalted butter and chocolate bars that you have cut into small pieces. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this choco chip bread dough.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 250 grams of high protein bread flour, 1 sachet of powdered milk, 2 or 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 4 grams of instant yeast. Next, stir the dry mixture using a spoon until well blended. You can use a mixer to mix dry dough.

the second step, after you have stirred the dry mixture until it is well mixed, now all you have to add to the dough is 1 egg and stir the dough again until it is well mixed. Next, gradually pour 120 ml of cold water into the dough while you knead the dough using a mixer.

the third step, after the dough has been stirred until well blended and half khalis, now add 30 grams of unsalted butter or margarine and 3 grams of salt into the dough. then stir the dough using a mixer or you can knead the dough by hand to make it faster. Don't forget to wash your hands first before kneading the dough.

the fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is smooth and well mixed, now add the choco chips to your liking. My advice is to use only 90 grams of choco chips. then mix again by hand until the choco chips are well mixed with the dough.

the fifth step, after the choco chips have been mixed well with the dough, now all you have to do is cover the dough using a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

the sixth step, after the dough has been rested for 30 minutes, now prepare the work mat and sprinkle the flour on the work mat. If your dough is not too sticky, you don't need to sprinkle flour on the work mat. Next, cut the dough into several parts like the photo above, you can first weigh the dough so that it is the same weight.

the seventh step, after the dough has been cut into several parts with the same weight, now prepare the chocolate bars that you cut earlier and place them in the middle of the dough like the photo above.

the eighth step, after the chocolate has been placed on top of the dough, now cover the chocolate bar with the dough tightly and don't let it loose, because if you don't close the chocolate bar tightly, when baked the chocolate will leak out of the dough.

the ninth step, after all the dough has been filled with chocolate bars, now prepare an oven pan and line the oven pan with baking paper. then, put the dough on the baking sheet at a distance not too close. then, put and arrange the choco chips on top of the dough like the photo above. Next, cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double in size for about 45 to 55 minutes.

tenth step, after the dough has been allowed to double for 55 minutes, now spread the margarine evenly over all the dough until it's done. you can see the photo above the dough has been spread with melted margarine.

the last step, after all the dough is finished, now all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes. Next, after 10 minutes has been heated, now enter the oven pan into the oven and bake the dough at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 15 minutes according to the oven you are using.
