How to Make Salt Chili Prawns

Back again with me Jodi and Ema on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. Happy Friday to all of you who are working all day at the office or at home with family or friends, I hope you are all well without any problems. Well, on this sunny Friday, Ema and I will share a very delicious and of course very simple food menu recipe for you to make yourself at home. You'll love the menu if you like prawns and some other cheap condiments. For those of you who are interested in making this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. Well, the ingredients for making this food recipe certainly don't require a lot of money and also other ingredients. The first ingredients you have to prepare are enough shrimp that you have cleaned, sugar, salt, egg white, baking powder, oyster sauce, flavoring, pepper powder, scallions, red chilies, red cayenne pepper, garlic, onion and 1 lime fruit. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a bowl and put all the prawns that you have cleaned, after that put 2 tablespoons of egg white, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, 6 tablespoons of flour cornstarch and enough lime juice. After that, stir until evenly mixed and let stand for half an hour.

The second step, while the prawns are being allowed to stand for half an hour, the next thing you have to do is prepare 5 cloves of garlic, 4 cloves of red onion, 1 stalk of scallion, 3 pieces of red cayenne pepper and 4 pieces of red chili. After that, finely grind all the ingredients until it's finished like the photo above.

The third step, after you have sliced all the ingredients I mentioned earlier, then prepare a frying pan and add a little cooking oil, then fry all the garlic until the garlic is slightly brownish. After that, remove the garlic and drain.

The fourth step, after you have drained the garlic, then put all the ingredients that you have sliced finely before except the garlic that has been fried before. Then, briefly cook the ingredients until fragrant over medium heat.

The fifth step, after you have cooked until fragrant, then what you have to do is put half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of flavoring, half a teaspoon of sugar and half a tablespoon of oyster sauce. Then, cook again until well blended.

The sixth step, after you have finished cooking until well mixed, then prepare another pan and put enough fried minuak. After that, heat the cooking oil until it's really hot over medium heat.

The seventh step, after the cooking oil is really hot, the next thing you have to do is slowly add the shrimp that we left behind. Then, fry all the prawns until they are brown in color over medium heat.

The last step, after the shrimp has been fried, then add all the chilies and other spices that you have fried into the shrimp. Then, cook and stir until everything is well blended over low heat only.

and finally, you can serve salt chili shrimp with your family or friends. to make it more delicious, sprinkle the fried onions that you fried earlier on the dish. the taste is really very good and all the textures of the shrimp are very soft, very suitable to be eaten with warm white rice.
