Today I want to share with you some photographs of the central park of Zipacon, I obtained these photographs thanks to a short walk that we took with some friends to the town of Zipacon that is located in Cundinamarca. I hope you enjoy the images and are to your liking.
Iglesia de Zipacon | Zipacon Church
Hace un par de meses realice un paseo al pueblo de zipacon. Esta es la iglesia del pueblo, como es de costumbre en casi todos los pueblos de Colombia la iglesia queda en el parque principal del pueblo.
Las palabras que aparecen en la imagen YO AMO ZIPACON están hechas en piedra rugosa y las adornaron alumbrándolas desde el suelo con unas luces amarillas que le dan un muy buen aspecto a las letras.
A couple of months ago I took a walk to the town of Zipacon. This is the church of the town, as is customary in almost all the towns of Colombia, the church is in the main park of the town.
The words that appear in the image I LOVE ZIPACON are made of rough stone and adorned them by lighting them from the ground with yellow lights that give the letters a very good appearance.

En este parque ha hay un par de esculturas. La escultura de la anterior fotografÃa es un homenaje a la Villa de la Cultura, es una escultura muy hermosa que se compone de de una clave de Sol conocida en la partituras de música hecha en piedra con su respectiva placa la cual explica el porque de la estatua.
In this park there are a couple of sculptures. The sculpture in the previous photograph is a tribute to the Villa de la Cultura, it is a very beautiful sculpture that consists of a treble clef known in music scores made of stone with its respective plate which explains the reason for the statue.
Cara 1 de la Escultura | Face 1 of the Sculpture
Esta es otra escultura que se encuentra en otra zona el parque y tiene dos caras, en la primer cara que es la que aparece en la imagen anterior es una pequeña explicación de dónde viene el nombre del pueblo con una pequeña leyenda.
This is another sculpture that is located in another area of the park and has two faces, on the first face that is the one that appears in the previous image is a small explanation of where the name of the town comes from with a little legend.

La segunda cara de la escultura es la que aparece en la imagen anterior y es en homenaje a los primeros 500 años del descubrimiento del continente de América, esta escultura también es en honor al alcalde Manuel Alfonso Zamudio Mora.
