Hello @brittandjosie Excellent advice and tips. You are correct when you say that rewards and engagement won't come knocking on your computer screen looking for you. In order to become recognized on Hive as a quality content contributor and engager, you have to seek out other Communities and other authors whose content interests you and you can relate to. that way, you can provide meaningful comments.
Also, learning how to conduct yourself on Hive is as important a tool you'll need when engaging with others.

Yes but the beginning can be daunting and guidance is important just taking it in is the other side. If you don’t listen and read hive won’t be that much fun
