Was blessed to be amongst elite company yesterday.
Benjy, the host, was the head of Tusk records back in the day and was an A&R legend who signed the likes of Mango Groove and worked with Rod Stewart. He also was the A&R for Universal Music a couple of years back and worked with artists like Elvis blue and The Soap Girls. He was also on the judging panel for Idols SA.
Dionne Mudie has been the publicist for Big Concerts for many many years and has worked on every international tour for Big Concerts since the international shows took place at Sun City.
Artists she has toured with include everyone from Tina Turner and Iron Maiden to Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber.
The afternoon was filled with their memories and experiences with these incredible artists.
