Hace un día compartí con ustedes un post donde les comentaba que alimentos, específicamente 3, podemos incluir en nuestra dieta (si es que ya no están incluidos) para ayudar al crecimiento y cuidado del cabello. No soy 100% experta en este tema; sin embargo, buscando y aplicando he notado que efectivamente algunos productos, alimentos y/o mascarillas naturales son de mayor ayuda que cualquier otro tipo de químico. Por tanto, hoy les compartiré tres ingredientes que podemos añadir o integrar a nuestro shampoo, esto ya lo he realizado y les aseguro que si otorga buenos resultados.

I am not 100% expert on this subject; however, searching and applying I have noticed that indeed some products, foods and / or natural masks are more helpful than any other type of chemical. 1.- Cebolla: Te recomiendo tomar una cebolla pequeña, trocearla en cubitos y agregarlos al shampoo, debes dejar macerar por 10-15 días, luego, lo utilizas normalmente. Como este tendrá un olor fuerte, debes lavar el cabello con abundante agua y, si utilizas algún tipo de baño de crema mucho mejor para desaparecer el olor. Agregar este ingrediente a tu shampoo, te ayudará a fortalecer y darle abundancia al cabello.

Onion: I recommend you to take a small onion, chop it into cubes and add them to the shampoo, you must let it macerate for 10-15 days, then, you use it normally. As it will have a strong smell, you should wash your hair with plenty of water and, if you use some kind of cream bath much better to remove the smell. Adding this ingredient to your shampoo will help you to strengthen and give abundance to your hair.

2.- Miel: Agregar dos cucharaditas al shampoo y dejar reposar por un día para mantener el cabello suave y brilloso; dado que, otorga el mismo efecto que un acondicionador. Incluso, en algunos casos ayuda a prevenir la caspa.

Honey: Add two teaspoons to shampoo and let it sit for a day to keep hair soft and shiny, since it gives the same effect as a conditioner. In some cases, it even helps prevent dandruff.

3.- Romero: Integrar una ramita de esta planta aromática estimula el crecimiento y fortalecimiento del cabello, frena la caída y la aparición de caspa, y elimina el exceso de grasa.

Rosemary: Adding a sprig of this aromatic plant stimulates hair growth and strengthening, slows down hair loss and the appearance of dandruff, and eliminates excess oil.

Estos son algunos de los ingredientes que puedes incorporar a tu cuidado capilar, te recomiendo tomar uno según sea tu necesidad o lo que quieras obtener. En algunas personas el resultado es inmediato, por ejemplo: luego de 6 días; pero en algunas (como en mi caso que soy de cabello fuerte) requerimos algo más de tiempo.
