Me motive a realizar esta refrescante bebida, ya había escuchado sobre los beneficios de tomar el agua de la concha de piña, básicamente sirve para limpiar y desintoxicar el organismo, en estos días sentí la necesidad de preparar está infusión, porque asistí a algunas celebraciones de familiares y amigos y creo que fui tentada por las bebidas, los dulces y las frituras.

En esta semana pienso dejar a un lado este tipo de alimentos que no son muy saludables, empezar a comer sano e iniciar una rutina de ejercicios y antes de comenzar quiero limpiar y desintoxicar el cuerpo, investigue por internet y hay muchos alimentos diuréticos y con alto contenido en fibras que nos permiten de forma natural y sin complicaciones depurar el organismo, de esta manera me parece conveniente preparar una infusión de piña con canela, no pude esperar mas y decidí ir al mercado en busca de las provisiones, visité varios sitios del lugar y me encontré con una piña de gran tamaño a muy bajo precio, no dude en comprarla, regresé a casa para elaborar esta saludable bebida.
This week I plan to leave aside this type of food that are not very healthy, start eating healthy and start an exercise routine and before I start I want to clean and detoxify the body, I researched online and there are many diuretic foods and high in fiber that allow us to naturally and without complications purify the body, I could not wait any longer and decided to go to the market in search of supplies, I visited several places and I found a pineapple of great size and at a very low price, I did not hesitate to buy it, I returned home to prepare this healthy drink.
Para la elaboración de esta infusión utilice solo dos ingredientes, Piña y canela, la primera es una fruta jugosa, abundante en agua, contiene vitamina C, es de buen sabor y aporta muchos beneficios a la salud, la puedes comer en trocitos pequeños para merendar, también puedes elaborar jugos, que facilitan la digestión, normalizando las funciones intestinales; para esta bebida usaremos solamente la concha, por ser diurética y digestiva, de igual forma la canela aporta vitamina C, regula el colesterol y glucosa en la sangre.
For the preparation of this infusion use only two ingredients, pineapple and cinnamon, the first is a juicy fruit, abundant in water, contains vitamin C, is good tasting and provides many health benefits, you can eat it in small pieces for a snack, you can also make juices, which facilitate digestion, normalizing bowel functions, for this drink we will use only the shell, for being diuretic and digestive, likewise cinnamon provides vitamin C, regulates cholesterol and blood glucose.
La preparación es muy sencilla, solo debes lavar bien la piña, quitar la concha, ponerla a hervir en una olla, agregar la canela puede ser en polvo o en rama, durante 20 minutos, apagar el fuego y dejar reposar, puedes tomar el agua tibia, o dejar enfriar en la nevera, en mi caso la tome tibia y puedo asegurarles que el resultado fue impresionante inmediatamente sentí sensación de frescura y comencé a sudar como nunca antes, recuerda no abusar de esta bebida, tomándola por mucho tiempo y en cantidades exageradas, te recomiendo tomar uno o dos vasos diarios, por tres días a la semana.

Hola amiga buenos dias, primero gracias por el dato de la canela, por lo general yo hago la infusión sólo con la concha de la piña, sin embargo, tomaré en cuenta ese plus de la canelita. Segundo este post te hubiese quedado genial en la comunidad de @naturalmedicine, tercero chama usted es una dura para sacar tu teléfono y tomarte la foto en la calle jajaja y cuarto me encanta leerte porque siempre tienes un cuento que echarnos, te imagino asustada metida detrás de esa vitrina y me da risa, y ojo que no es por burla sino porque a mi los nervios me atacan es por reirme 😅🤣 Un abrazo manita
Saludos bella, gracias por venir a leer, si, después del susto nos quedó fue reírnos de la anécdota. Anteriormente había tomado el agua de piña fresca sin cocinar ni agregar canela, pero de esta manera creo que es más efectivo si estás buscando quemar toxinas o perder peso.
