Hoy traigo una deliciosa y saludable receta, perfecta para un rico desayuno o cena. Fácil, rápida y con solo 3 ingredientes .

Ingredientes

3 Huevos
1/4 de repollo
1 cebolla

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 cabbage
1 onion

PREPARACIÓN

PREPARATION

PASO 1
Procedemos a cortar la cebolla en julianas

STEP 1

PASO 2
Cortamos el repollo en tiras

STEP 2
We cut the cabbage into strips

PASO 3
Agregamos los 3 huevos al repollo y cebolla , se mezcla bien todos los ingredientes . Para aderezar; sal al gusto y dos cucharadas de fécula de maíz

STEP 3
Add the 3 eggs to the cabbage and onion, mix all the ingredients well. To garnish; salt to taste and two tablespoons of cornstarch

PASO 4
Continuamos pasando a la estufa, en una sartén agregamos un poquito de aceite y lo esparcimos por toda la sartén, agregamos la mezcla con un tiempo de cocción de 3 a 4 minutos, después de este tiempo le damos la vuelta a la tortilla con otro tiempo de cocción de 3 a 4 minutos . Y ya tenemos lista esta deliciosa tortilla
