The only reason I watch this movie is because it is directed by Woody Allen. The movie was still in my mind for a while after I saw it, and the movie ended up leaving a lot of deep thoughts.

It is important to remember that the protagonist marries the girl despite seeing her wealth (perhaps only seeing that). The same fate befalls us in many ways. It should be noted that the protagonist's misfortune comes in the form of a character played by Scarlett Johansson. Scarlett Johansson's illicit relationship with Nola's character also causes problems in his life. On the other hand, if the protagonist does not have a child from his wife, the girlfriend becomes pregnant when she misses something.
The biggest question the film raises is the relevance of morality (the protagonist reads Dostoevsky's book Crime and Punishment.
