Cerca de Caracas (la ciudad capital de Venezuela) hay muchas playas a las que puedes ir, y puedes tardar desde una hora o más en llegar, dependiendo de la que elijas. Una de ellas está ubicada en un lugar llamado Higuerote, que tiene costas muy hermosas.
However, although the beaches are not far away, many in the city (like me) can spent a long time, and even years, without going.
Sin embargo, aunque las playas no quedan lejos, muchos en la ciudad (como yo) podemos llevar mucho tiempo, e incluso años, sin ir.
This day we left in the morning, and we stayed until the afternoon. There were few people, almost all of them were children who live in the area and some people who stayed in nearby inns. The water was quite clear, especially this day when the waves were not very strong.
Este día salimos por la mañana, y nos quedamos hasta la tarde. Había poca gente, casi todos eran niños que viven en la zona y algunas personas que se hospedaban en posadas cercanas. El agua estaba bastante clara, sobre todo este día que el oleaje no era muy fuerte.
Although the ground is a mixture between sand and stones. So some parts were smooth, but as you get closer to the water there are a lot of little stones in the sand. But the sun and the water were just perfect! This was such a nice day. ♥️
Aunque el suelo es una mezcla entre arena y piedras. Así que algunas partes eran suaves, pero a medida que te acercas al agua hay muchas piedrecitas en la arena. ¡Pero el sol y el agua eran simplemente perfectos! Este fue un día muy agradable.
I took some photos of the road after we arrived to the beach. It is mostly just a road with green areas on both sides.
Tomé algunas fotos del camino después de que llegamos a la playa. En su mayoría es solo una carretera con áreas verdes a ambos lados.
And here we arrived!
Aquí en las playas siempre hay un perro o más, y a veces también gatos, esta perrita se quedó con nosotros varias horas.
There are many trees with interesting shapes and nice views from almost any point on the beach.
Hay muchos árboles con formas interesantes y bonitas vistas desde casi cualquier punto de la playa.
