I love the dragon one very much! Japanese wood carving techniques are amazing. I used to like carving classes at school. Choukokutou(彫刻刀) is super cool tools! I want to visit Toyama someday.

Yeah I agree. I think these days you can buy some pretty well-made modern chisels in the store. They are probably higher quality. But these more traditional ones just look cooler! I'd also love to visit Toyama.
