LLevando la universidad a la comunidad

Por segunda vez decidimos visitar la comunidad la Bendición de Dios ubicada en el sector Marco Tulio Rangel, en la capital del estado Tachira - Venezuela. En nuestro proyecto llevando la universidad a la comunidad donde entre risas y alegrías pasamos un día diferente junto a estos niños.

Bringing the university to the community

For the second time we decided to visit the La Bendición de Dios community located in the Marco Tulio Rangel sector, in the capital of the state Tachira - Venezuela. In our project taking the university to the community where between laughter and happiness we spent a different day with these children.

Esta actividad fue realizada el pasado 23 de Diciembre, donde un grupo de estudiantes de la Universidad Catolica del Tachira (UCAT) y la Universidad de Los Andes (ULA), decidimos organizarnos y buscar el apoyo de otras organizaciones para así poder llevar la alegría a esta pequeña comunidad.

This activity was carried out on December 23, where a group of students from the Universidad Catolica del Tachira (UCAT) and the Universidad de Los Andes (ULA), decided to organize ourselves and seek the support of other organizations in order to bring joy to this little community.

La Bendición de Dios es un lugar olvidado por cualquier organismo gubernamental donde no cuentan con ningún servicio básico como lo son el fluido eléctrico, el agua potable y un sistema de alcantarillado de aguas servidas. Donde algunas viviendas están construidas con latas, otras con madera y las más desfavorecidas solo cuentan con la protección de bolsas para protegerse de la intemperie; en dichas viviendas habitan familias completas y en la mayoría de ellas hay niños en dichos hogares.

The Blessing of God is a place forgotten by any government body where they do not have any basic services such as electricity, drinking water and a sewage system for sewage. Where some houses are built with cans, others with wood and the most disadvantaged only have the protection of bags to protect themselves from the elements; Whole families live in these homes and in most of them there are children in those homes.

Gracias a las donaciones y el apoyo de muchas personas pudimos llevar a cabo esta hermosa actividad en donde llevamos alegría, un momento distinto lleno de actividades didácticas sonrisas y regalos a estos niños que tanto lo necesitan.

Thanks to the donations and support of many people, we were able to carry out this beautiful activity where we bring joy to a different moment full of educational activities, smiles and gifts to these children who need it so much.

Una cosa es que yo trate de relatarles como fue esta hermosa actividad y otra es la experiencia que yo pude vivir con mis compañeros al compartir con los más pequeños y tener los agradecimientos de los más grandes de esta comunidad. Lo único que les puedo decir es que esos niños jamás van a olvidar ese día y nosotros tampoco porque lo que es poco para algunos para estas personas fue un momento de gozo y felicidad.

It is one thing that I try to tell you how this beautiful activity was and another is the experience that I was able to live with my companions by sharing with the little ones and having the thanks of the greatest of this community. The only thing I can tell you is that those children will never forget that day and neither will we because what is little for some for these people was a moment of joy and happiness.

Esperamos seguir trabajando en pro de los más necesitados y seguir llevando la universidad a la comunidad y poder brindarle un apoyo más grande a los niños de esta comunidad para que sean el futuro de nuestro país.

We hope to continue working on behalf of those most in need and to continue bringing the university to the community and to be able to provide greater support to the children of this community so that they may be the future of our country.

Después de un día éxito nos fuimos a compartir un rato y disfrutar de un sabroso coco.
