Potatoes are a favorite vegetable for all. Children love them when fried and I think we all love fried chips. We can make so many things with them such as soups, puree, pies, salads. We can eat them fried, boiled, baked, steamed, filled. Believe or not they are very good for the heart, contain antioxidants, and are a rich source of vitamins B like vitamin B9, B3, B1, B6, etc.
This potato salad has a special detail, a topping of red pepper and onions cooked in vinegar and sugar, that will give it a delicious flavour in every bite.
Ingredients:
- 5 potatoes boiled and cut in small pieces
- 300 grams of tuna fish
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- coriander leaves cut
- 1 small onion cut in slices
- 1 red pepper cut in slices
- 2 teaspoon of vinager
- sal
- oil
- some pepper
- lettuce leaves
Preparation:
- place all the ingredientes on the table
- cut the potatoes
- add the cup of mayonnaise, the pepper, salt at taste, the coriander leaves cut, and the tuna fish
- mix well
Preparation of topping:
- place 1 teaspoon of oil in a small saucepan
- add the onions ant the red pepper
- stiring all the time add the sugar and the vinegar
- add a pinch of salt
- let it cool

That looks very good. I would try it. I think Mrs. Mata may not like it because of the tuna. Or, she could surprise me and try it. At first I thought the tuna was pieces of ham, which I think would also be good.
Oh I like that, creativity. You can prepare it with sausages used for hot dogs, corn and ham.
