Hello friends of the @GEMS community.

Today I want to share with you a rich recipe, easy, delicious and very cheap, I will tell you about churros, ideal for an afternoon snack, nothing better than eating them with enough sugar, chocolate or as a company for a cup of coffee.
Its origin is unknown, it is said that they come from Spain, and its name was taken from one of a breed of sheep, called churras, since they were the shepherds of these animals who attribute the first elaborations of these fried foods.
Now get to work, I comment that they are a very economical option, since the ingredients they have in your house, these are:
• 2 cups of water
• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 2 tablespoons of sugar (plus you should have a little • More to spread when ready)
• Oil for frying.
Elaboration:
In a pot you put the water, add the salt and sugar, then put it on the fire, until it boils, when you boil, turn it off; then in a container you place the water and incorporate the wheat flour and stir with the help of a spoon or wooden paddle, until the dough is homogeneous as it appears in the photo.

Place the mixture in a pastry bag and in a pan with oil that have a medium Basque fire forming the churros according to your preference.
Finally let them take a nice golden color, remove from the heat, spread sugar and enjoy.
I show you the finished product:
I hope you liked my post, thanks for reading.
The photos are my own and were captured through an iPhone 7 Plus.
