It is always very pleasant to visit family and share good moments and some good dishes, this time, I will go to my cousins' house and I will bring them their favorite dessert, a delicious lemon cake, it is delicious, sweet and its flavor is exquisite.

Siempre es muy grato visitar a la familia y compartir buenos momentos y unos buenos platillos, en esta ocasión, iré a casa de mis primas y les llevaré su postre preferido, una deliciosa tarta de limón, es delicioso, dulce y su sabor es exquisito.

You will need the following ingredients:

Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:

• 1 cup of wheat flour.
• 3 eggs (1 for the tart dough, 2 whites for the meringue and 2 yolks for the lemon cream).
• 1/2 cup of sugar for the meringue.
• 1/3 of butter.
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
• 1 condensed milk.
• 1/2 cup of lemon juice.

• 1 taza de harina de trigo.
• 3 huevos ( 1 para la masa de la tarta, 2 claras para el merengue y 2 yemas para la crema de limón).
• 1/2 taza de azúcar para el merengue.
• 1/3 de mantequilla.
• 1/4 cucharadita de sal.
• 1 leche condensada.
• 1/2 taza de zumo de limón.

First, we pour the wheat flour, egg, a tablespoon of sugar and salt into a bowl, then form a dough and wrap it in plastic kitchen paper and put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Primero, vertimos en un bol la harina de trigo, huevo, una cucharada de azúcar y sal, am has formar una masa y envolvemos en papel plástico de cocina y lo llevamos a la nevera por media hora.

Next, in a pie mold we spread the dough and make holes with a fork.

Seguidamente, en un molde de pie extendemos las masa y hacemos agujeros con un tenedor.

We make the lemon cream, mixing the condensed milk, the lemon juice and the two yolks in a container, mix until incorporated.

Hacemos la crema de limón, mezclando en un recipiente la leche condensada, el zumo de limón y las dos yemas, mezclamos hasta incorporar.

We make a meringue by assembling the remaining sugar and the two whites with a mixer.

Hacemos un merengue montando con una batidora el restante del azúcar y las dos claras.

Finally, we assemble the cake, pouring the lemon cream into the cake dough mold, then decorate with meringue as you prefer and bake for 30 minutes at 200 C.

Finalmente, armamos la tarta, vertiendo la crema de limón en el molde de masa de la tarta, luego decoramos con merengue según prefieras y llevas al horno por 30 minutos a 200 C.
