I want to share with you the delicious recipe for a creamy homemade chocolate ice cream ... it is a delight and you can easily do it with few materials and the result is as spectacular as a commercial ice cream.
Quiero compartir con ustedes la deliciosa receta de un cremoso helado casero de chocolate... es todo una delicia y podrás hacerlo fácilmente con pocos materiales y el resultado es tan espectacular como un helado comercial.
You will need the following ingredients (1 liter of ice cream):
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes ingredientes ( 1 litro de helado):
• 1 liter of water.
• 1 cup of powdered milk.
• 1/2 cup of powdered chocolate.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
• 1 spoon of vanilla.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• 1 litro de agua.
• 1 taza de leche en polvo.
• 1/2 taz de chocolate en polvo.
• 1 taza de azúcar.
• 2 cucharadas de maicena.
• 1 cucharada de vainilla.
• 1 pizca de sal.
First, we mix the water with the milk.
Primero, mezclamos el agua con la leche.
We incorporate the cornstarch, sugar, salt, vanilla and powdered chocolate mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
Incorporamos la maicena, el azúcar, sal , vainilla y el chocolate en polvo mezclamos hasta incorporar los ingredientes.
We put the stove over medium heat, mix constantly until it starts and turn off ... let it rest until cool.
Llevamos a la hornilla a fuego medio, mezclamos constantemente hasta empezar y apagamos... dejamos reposar hasta enfriar.
Once the mixture is cold, we place it in a metal container and put it in the fridge.
Una vez la mezcla fría, colocamos en un recipiente de metal y llevamos a la nevera.
After 3 hours, we remove from the fridge and scrape the surface with a fork, put it in the fridge again.
Al transcurrir 3 horas, retiramos de la nevera y raspamos la superficie con un tenedor, llevamos a la nevera nuevamente.
Then every hour we repeat the scraping procedure 4 times.
Luego cada hora vamos repitiendo el procedimiento de raspado por 4 veces.
Finally, in the last shave, with the fork, we settle the surface to compact the delicious ice cream.
Finalmente, en el último rapado, con el tenedor, asentamos la superficie para compactar el delicioso helado.
We serve in a glass and enjoy ... the ice cream is tasty and creamy, I'm sure your family will love it.
