For a snack with my mother and sister, I prepared a fantastic snack, some delicious fried plantain balls, stuffed with ground meat, they are 100% recommended, they have a super great taste, they are also easy to make and very cheap.
Para merendar con mi madre y hermana, preparé un snack fantástico, unas deliciosas bolas de plátano fritas, rellenas con carne molida, son 100% recomendadas , tienen un sabor súper genial, además son fáciles de hacer y muy económicas.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 1 plantain.
• Stewed ground meat according to your preference.
• Salt.
• 1/3 cup cornmeal.
• Oil.
• 1 plátano.
• Carne molida guisada según tu preferencia.
• Sal.
• 1/3 de taza harina de maíz.
• Aceite.
Initially, we boil the plantain and then we remove the crust.
Inicialmente, hervimos el plátano y seguidamente, retiramos la corteza.
Then, we mash very well with a fork.
Luego, trituramos muy bien con un tenedor.
Add the cornmeal and season with salt, knead very well.
Agregamos la harina de maíz y condimentamos con sal, amasamos muy bien.
We take portions and form balls.
Tomamos porciones y formamos unas bolas.
We open a cavity in each ball and fill with the ground meat.
Abrimos una cavidad en cada bola y rellenamos con la carne molida.
Close the balls and fry in oil until golden brown.
Cerramos las bolas y freímos en aceite hasta dorar.
