SAPOTE

in GEMS5 years ago (edited)
Hello friends!!! Today I will tell you about a delicious fruit, very sweet and with wonderful properties, it is called sapote, it has the scientific name "Quararibea cordata", its origin from the countries of South America where it is well known and appreciated.

Sapote has many minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, it is also rich in glucose which provides energy to the body. This fruit is attributed many properties for our health, among which it stands out:

- It is a powerful antibiotic, ideal for throat infections, it is important to note that its main antibiotic power is found inside its seed.

- It is a strong antioxidant, since it prevents the aging of the body's cells.

- The sapodilla provides vitamins that favor our eyes, as is the case of vitamin A.

- Prevents constipation, since it has a large amount of fiber.

- This fruit has anti-inflammatory properties, which helps diseases such as arthritis.

- It is said that this fruit is beneficial to regulate blood pressure, among others.

Sapote, in addition to being delicious, is very healthy, not in accordance with all these properties. Studies have been carried out that require that this fruit have anticancer properties, especially its seed, which is attributed the benefits of reducing tumors, turning this fruit into a supplement for complementary cancer treatments.

If you thought that this was all that the sapote offers, I tell you that it is also ideal to keep our skin young and show healthy hair, since you can take its pulp and place it as a mask, it will bring freshness to your skin and shine and silkiness to your hair for its moisturizing and antioxidant properties.

From there, I recommend that you try this fruit and its benefits, I hope you like my post, thanks for reading.
