Buddy and I hiking in the Troodos mountains
This past weekend we took Buddy, our Beagle puppy hiking in the Troodos mountains here in Cyprus.
We found a quiet trail which was extremely peaceful with not one person in sight and complete silence other than that of nature. It was such a nice change from the bustling noise of the city and cars here in Limassol.
Buddy did extremely well on the hike and we actually unleashed him and let him roam free to just walk and follow us.
On our hike, we could see one of the UK military bases in the distance.

We also came across a tree that was over 500 years old.
When we got home Buddy was exhausted from all the exercise and slept like a baby... or should I say puppy haha!

Will definitely be doing this type of hike again in the near future as I enjoyed it thoroughly being able to get out and be in nature and have peace and quiet.
