La cuenta de Instagram llamada @localcontenido hace algunas semanas publicó un post donde hacían un llamado a quienes quisieran participar en un concurso, pero lo interesante... Es que el cortometraje debe ser realizado con CELULARES! Y adivinen... Eso hice.
The Instagram account called @localcontente a few weeks ago published a post where they made a call to those who wanted to participate in a contest, but the interesting thing ... is that the short film must be made with CELLULARS! And guess ... I did.
Fue una travesía todo. Pues no cuento con un celular de buena gama para al menos grabar algo con calidad decente, así que le pedí ayuda a mi amigo Ricardo Ceballos (actor de televisión y cine en Venezuela), y a mi primo Alejandro, que tiene un celular Samsung A50, pues, grabamos con ese equipo. Ricardo y Alejandro estuvieron en la cámara, y yo actuando y dirigiendo. Es mi primer cortometraje independiente grabado con celular, lo cual me emocionó mucho y fue una gran experiencia. Me enteré del concurso a 6 días de cerrar convocatorias, así que me puse manos a la obra y saqué dos cortometrajes. COCO y uno llamado ''Gracias, desconocido''. Si muestran apoyo en este, les muestro el otro cortometraje.
It was a whole journey. Well, I don't have a good range cell phone to at least record something with decent quality, so I asked my friend Ricardo Ceballos (a television and film actor in Venezuela) for help, and my cousin Alejandro, who has a Samsung A50 cell phone, Well, we recorded with that team. Ricardo and Alejandro were on camera, and I was acting and directing. It is my first independent short film recorded with a cell phone, which made me very excited and was a great experience. I found out about the contest 6 days before the closing dates, so I got down to work and took two short films. COCO and one called "Thank you, stranger." If they show support in this one, I show them the other short film.
Coco, así se llama la perrita en el cortometraje (su nombre original es Princesa). Esta mascota sirve como asistencia emocional para un joven que sufre de depresión y ansiedad, Coco representa para él, estabilidad, y cordura... Cocordura (por eso su nombre). Al perderla, todo empeora para él. ¡Espero lo disfruten!
Coco, that's the name of the dog in the short film (her original name is Princess). This pet serves as emotional assistance for a young man suffering from depression and anxiety, Coco represents stability, and sanity for him ... Cocordura (hence her name). Losing her makes everything worse for him. I hope you enjoy it!
