Hello welcome to my Full-Time Mom Journey, now we are in half way of a day of a mom, for today in lunch time, i will give you food recipe a typical filipino food the fish sarciado, a tilapya fish which is fresh fish available in the market here in my town.

There are many kinds of tilapya like white and red, If you will buy look for a tilapya came from talisay, it is easy to distinguish because of its black color, why in talisay? i think it is much delicious and safer because it has less feeds, the fish is raise in the lake not in the fish ponds.

Note that there are fish tilapya in particular that has after taste "lasang liya" taste like soil, so be careful choosing the fish know where it came from, avoid fish that is raise in the pond.
