¡Holaaaaa. Mis queridísimos amigos de Hive!
Mis mas sinceros saludos a todos los integrantes de esta colmena, en especial a la amiga @mayvil por tan magnífica iniciativa, que debido a sus preguntas podemos dar nuestras perspectivas de #Hive en cuanto a las ballenas se refiere y nuestro aporte para el crecimiento de la misma.
Cuando entré a #Hive, no tenía ni idea de lo eran las ballenas, ni quienes eran, es decir, mi conocimiento por la plataforma era nulo. Igualmente comencé a realizar mi contenido, esperando ser aceptada por los miembros de las comunidades. Los tags los colocaba por sugerencias de amigos o por las revisiones que a diario iba haciendo para ir familiarizándome pero aún sin entender lo de las ballenas.
Cuando recibí mi primer voto significativo, estaba muy emocionada porque había invertido lo poco que me quedaba en mi cuenta de ahorros en materiales para poder arrancar. Con esa primera publicación recuperé lo invertido y pude organizarme en los siguientes contenidos con un poco más de desahogo.
Dicho esto, ahora desarrollaré las preguntas propuestas por la jefa de la iniciativa @mayvil.

Helloooooo. My dear friends from Hive!
My sincere greetings to all the members of this hive, especially to the friend @mayvil for such a magnificent initiative, that due to her questions we can give our perspectives of #Hive in terms of whales and our contribution to the growth of the same.
When I entered #Hive, I had no idea what the whales were, or who they were, that is, my knowledge of the platform was zero. I also began to make my content, hoping to be accepted by the members of the communities. The tags were placed by suggestions of friends or by the reviews that I was doing every day to familiarize myself but still without understanding about the whales.
When I received my first significant vote, I was very excited because I had invested what little I had left in my savings account in supplies to get started. With that first publication I recovered what I had invested and was able to organize myself in the following contents with a little more relief.
That said, now I will develop the questions proposed by the head of the @mayvil initiative.
I hope I don't disappoint you. Without further ado, let's get started.

1.- ¿Tienes una ballena favorita?- Si la respuesta es positiva, explica el porqué.
Como ya les mencioné en mi introducción, cuando comencé no tenía ideas de ballenas, ni delfines, ni de nada que se le parezca, sabía que podía recibir recompensas por mis publicaciones pero no de quiénes. Sin embargo, cuando comencé a percibir mis primeras recompensas me sentí muy emocionada y agradecida porque mi trabajo estaba siendo reconocido. Gracias a @theycallmedan recuperé el dinero que había invertido en mis primeras publicaciones y me impulsó a continuar. Sin embargo, cuando me dispuse a subir el contenido del cual siento una gran satisfacción haciéndolo, ya tenía más conocimiento de las comunidades, de las ballenas y de los tags que debía colocar para ser vista y valorada. Entonces publicaba esperando ser apoyada por @appreciator y @rocky1 pero siempre he recibido el apoyo de todas las ballenas que habitan en esta gran colmena y que les agradezco todo su apoyo, @theycallmedan, @ocd, @trafalgar, @qurator, @upmewhale, @blocktrades, Pero si es de nombrar un favorito, ese que me hace levantar con energías renovadas,con ganas de preparar un plato que sea agradable a la vista y aunque sé que no probará, lo hago como si fuera mi invitado especial, el que se sentará a mi mesa y lo degustará, y ese es mi consentido @rocky1.

1.- Do you have a Favorite whale? - If the answer is positive, explain why.
As I mentioned in my introduction, when I started I had no ideas of whales, or dolphins, or anything like it, I knew that I could receive rewards for my posts but not from whom. However, when I began to perceive my first rewards I felt very excited and grateful that my work was being recognized. Thanks to @theycallmedan I got back the money I had invested in my first posts and it pushed me to continue. However, when I got ready to upload the content of which I feel great satisfaction doing it, I already had more knowledge of the communities, the whales and the tags that I had to place to be seen and valued. So I was posting hoping to be supported by @appreciator and @rocky1 but I have always received the support of all the whales that inhabit this great hive and I thank you for all your support, @theycallmedan, @ocd, @trafalgar, @qurator, @upmewhale, @blocktrades, @curangel But If it is to name a favorite, the one that makes me wake up with renewed energy, wanting to prepare a dish that is pleasing to the eye and although I know it will not taste, I do it as if it were my special guest, the one who will sit with me table and taste it, and that's my spoiled @rocky1.

2.- ¿Si pudieras ser una ballena que sería lo primero que harías?
Me dedicara a revisar cada comunidad y a clasificar contenidos de calidad, a valorar el esfuerzo, creatividad, habilidades, limitaciones, entre otras cosas de cada uno de los miembros. He sido testigo de muchos contenidos de calidad que no han sido tomados en cuenta y sufro mucho por no tener la capacidad de votos para recompensarlos. Gente que se nota la entrega en sus trabajos, que de cualquier material sacan una obra de arte y son invisibles. Siendo ballena haría un trabajo exhaustivo en cuanto a selección de contenidos y tratara de promover un poco más la interacción en las comunidades.

2.- If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
I will dedicate myself to reviewing each community and classifying quality content, assessing the effort, creativity, skills, limitations, among other things of each of the members. I have witnessed many quality content that has not been taken into account and I suffer a lot for not having the ability to vote to reward them. People who show the dedication in their work, who take a work of art from any material and are invisible. Being a whale, I would do an exhaustive job in terms of selection of content and try to promote a little more interaction in the communities.

3.- ¿Siendo una ballena apoyarías a alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario?
Actualmente hay muchas comunidades con proyectos grandiosos que necesitan del apoyo de las ballenas. Yo, como de creador de contenido, me he visto en la obligación de publicar en las comunidades donde sé que reciben el apoyo de las ballenas habiendo comunidades específicas para ello. Entonces mi respuesta, es sí, apoyaría todos ls proyectos que harían crecer la plataforma y que son realizados con tal finalidad.

3.- Being a whale, would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?
Currently there are many communities with great projects that need the support of the whales. As a content creator, I have been obliged to publish in the communities where I know they receive the support of the whales, having specific communities for it. So my answer is yes, I would support all the projects that would make the platform grow and that are carried out for this purpose.

4.- ¿Cuáles son los usuarios que consideras que son los próximos delfines dentro de nuestra blockchain?
Sólo conozco uno que va en camino o si no ya lo es a delfín, @danielvehe de @rutablockchain, para él mi más sincero apoyo y auguro un rápido crecimiento en la plataforma.
Pero todos los que trabajan arduamente por el crecimiento de la plataforma, sin egoismos, sin dobles intenciones y reconociendo el buen trabajo de los demás merece crecer en esta plataforma y no ser ballenas sino el Neptune de Hive.

4.- Who are the users that you consider to be the next dolphins within our blockchain?
I only know one that is on its way or else it is already a dolphin, @danielvehe from @rutablockchain, for him my most sincere support and I predict a rapid growth on the platform.
But all those who work hard for the growth of the platform, without selfishness, without double intentions and recognizing the good work of others deserves to grow up on this platform and not be whales but the Neptune of Hive.

5.- ¿Te gustaría formar parte de algún proyecto o comunidad? - Si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.
Por ahora no pretendo formar parte de ningún proyecto, pero a futuro es posible que sí, una vez que me haya empapado bien de todo lo que se refiere a blockchain porque apenas estoy en pañales y mejor no comenzar o no aspirar más de lo que sabes que no puedas manejar. Si puedo ser colaboradora de algún proyecto en los que soliciten voluntarios, con mucho gusto participaría.

5.- Would you like to be part of a project or community? - If the answer is positive, explain why.
For now I do not intend to be part of any project, but in the future it is possible that yes, once I have soaked up everything that refers to blockchain because I am just in diapers and it is better not to start or not to aspire more than you know that you can't handle. If I can be a collaborator of a project in which they request volunteers, I would be happy to participate.

6.- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenido constantemente?
Me gusta la libertad de poder realizar contenido con el que te sientes a gusto además de crearte retos que no pensaste que podrías realizar. En mi caso, al principio me sentía muy limitada de lo que debía o no escribir, pero con el tiempo he podido desarrollar esta habilidad, ya mi capacidad de redacción ha mejorado y eso se lo debo a Hive.

6.- What do you like the most about Hive to constantly create content?
I like the freedom of being able to make content with which you feel comfortable as well as creating challenges that you did not think you could do. In my case, at first I felt very limited in what I should or should not write, but over time I have been able to develop this skill, and my writing skills have improved and I owe that to Hive.

7.- ¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas?
El trabajo de las ballenas es complicado, seleccionar entre tantos contenidos no debe ser tarea fácil pero si me gustaría que a la hora de entregar recompensas tomaran más en cuenta la calidad y dedicación de los contenidos. Aunque algunos sentimos mucha satisfacción cuando nuestras publicaciones son reconocidas por los usuarios que nos siguen y los que no también, la mayoría esperamos ese reconocimiento o la recompensa que sólo las ballenas nos pueden otorgar.

7.- Do you have any advice for current or future whales?
The work of the whales is complicated, selecting among so many contents should not be an easy task but I would like them to take more into account the quality and dedication of the contents when giving rewards. Although some of us feel great satisfaction when our publications are recognized by users who follow us and those who do not, most of us expect that recognition or the reward that only whales can give us.

Me siento muy complacida de ser valorada constantemente por @qurator,@curangel, @rutablockchain, @mayvileros, @curie, @enlace, @entropia entre muchos otros que no me vienen a la mente en estos momentos y que sé que no dejan morir mis publicaciones porque están pendiente de mi trabajo constante y mi empeño para publicar contenido de calidad para esta plataforma.

8.- Mention those projects that support you the most and tell us what you like the most of everything they do.
I am very pleased to be constantly valued by @ qurator, @ curangel, @rutablockchain, @mayvileros, @curie, @enlace, @entropia among many others that do not come to mind at this time and that I know they do not let my publications because they are aware of my constant work and my efforts to publish quality content for this platform.

9.- Si no estuviésemos en pandemia te gustaría participar en algún Meetup dentro de tu ciudad o país actual?
Siiiiiii, me encantaría poder compartir con todos los creadores de contenidos,sería magnifico reunirnos en un solo espacio y poder interactuar, compartir inquietudes, impresiones y todo aquello que no nos podemos comunicar por las redes. No es igual, intercambiar opiniones a través de un chat que hacerlo en directo mirando a los ojos a cada quien. Me encantaría participar en un Meetup.

9.- If we were not in a pandemic, would you like to participate in a Meetup within your current city or country?
Yeeeeeeees, I would love to be able to share with all the content creators, it would be great to meet in a single space and be able to interact, share concerns, impressions and everything that we cannot communicate through the networks. It is not the same, exchanging opinions through a chat than doing it live looking each person in the eye. I would love to participate in a Meetup.

Me encantó ser parte de esta iniciativa, espero que no se sientan ofendidas las ballenas que haya olvidado hacer mención pero todas y cada una merecen mi reconocmiento y respeto por todo el trabajo que realizan a diario en #Hive. Gracias a ti, @mayvil por esta iniciativa que nos ha permitido a muchos creadores poder manifestar nuestras opiniones en cuanto a ballenas se refiere.

I loved being part of this initiative, I hope the whales that I forgot to mention are not offended, but each and every one deserves my recognition and respect for all the work they do every day at #Hive. Thanks to you, @mayvil for this initiative that has allowed many creators to express our opinions regarding whales.

Bueeeeenas, gracias a Dios que puso el comentario de su entrada porque entre tantas se me escapan algunas pero trato de revisar para leer a todos los que han participado. Así como mencionas que te ocurrió al inicio pues veo a usuarios que les pasa muy a menudo, que de un post valorado alto aprovechan de comprar materiales para poder crear contenido por una semana entera y pues no desistir en el proceso si no reciben el voto de las ballenas. Muchos desconocen el poder de "delegar HP", eso es porque no saben lo que significa el que todos den un grano de apoyo a un proyecto y este pueda apoyar mucho mas alto, por eso le invito a que si es de su agrado delegue a 1 un proyecto que la motive y pues también conozca acerca de la delegación, que recibe beneficios, por ejemplo cuando se delega se reciben pequeños porcentajes y nunca retiramos la cantidad exacta desde que delegamos, ejemplo, cuando alguien delega 100 HP nunca va a recibir lo mismo, siempre cuando retira obtiene mas, porque la plataforma da eso como beneficio. Otro incentivo que damos algunos proyectos es que por una cantidad de HP delegada se le brinda una recompensa diaria o en el caso de mayvileros se da semanal pero solo a los que delegan mas de 50 HP. Esto incrementa el voto de los proyectos y así podemos darles mejor apoyo y llegar a mas usuarios al día. Saludos mi amor, gracias por participar.
