Hoy me metí en la cocina y quise preparar esta salsa de queso, que es ideal para un compartir.

Esta salsa de queso, es muy rica y se puede acompañar con pan o en mi caso con casabe. El casabe es una torta que se realiza con la hortaliza de la yuca.

This cheese sauce is very rich and can be accompanied with bread or in my case with casabe. Casabe is a cake made from the cassava vegetable.

Aquí les muestro como con pocos ingredientes podemos tener esta rica salsa de queso.

250 gramos de queso Blanco
1 Cebolla
Cilantro Verde
Mayonesa

Lo primero que haremos es rallar nuestro queso blanco con un rallador.
