Amanecà con ganas de hablarles más sobre el emprendimiento que he estado impulsando estos últimos meses. Este emprendimiento está vinculado con la disciplina del yoga que es una de mis pasiones, pasión que ha sido alimentado dÃa a dÃa con la voluntad y el corazón presente. Sin duda, se me pone el alma contenta al saber que he descubierto algo que me ha encantado aprender e impartir a otros.
I woke up wanting to tell you more about the enterprise I have been promoting these last months. This enterprise is linked to the discipline of yoga. which is one of my passions. Passion that has been nourished day by day with courage and the present heart. Without a doubt it makes my soul happy to know that I have discovered something that I have loved to learn and impart to others.

Como medio de manifestación decidà abrir espacio para emprender la disciplina del yoga en una de sus ramas; el hatha yoga. Como lo he expresado en post anteriores, el Hatha yoga es solo una de tantas modalidades que ofrece el mundo del yoga. Si aún no has leÃdo mi post sobre Hatha Yoga te la dejo más abajo. Pero, a lo que vinimos y la pregunta que formulamos es ¿qué es para ustedes un emprendimiento? Como opinión personal, El emprendimiento es cualquier acción manifestada desde la creación de actividades fomentadas en prestar servicio para nosotros mismos y el bien común de la sociedad en general.
I decided to open space to undertake the discipline of yoga in one of its branches; hatha yoga. As I have expressed in previous posts, Hatha yoga is only one of many modalities that the world of yoga offers. If you have not yet read my post on Hatha Yoga I leave it here: But to what we came, what is an enterprise for you? As a personal opinion, entrepreneurship is any action manifested from the creation of activities promoted in serving ourselves and the common good of society in general.

Why it is so important to entrepreneurship?
El hecho de levantarnos cada mañana guiados con un propósito, nos hace sentir útiles, empoderados, realizados. De hecho, el emprender es uno de los motores que ayuda activar nuestros sueños y realizaciones de vida. Tomamos en cuenta, que el emprendimiento tiene múltiples beneficios para nosotros y para la comunidad en donde estemos ofreciendo dicho servicio.
Waking up each morning guided by a purpose makes us feel useful, empowered, fulfilled. In fact, entrepreneurship is one of the engines that help activate our dreams and life realizations. We take into account that the venture has multiple benefits for us and for the community where we are offering such service.
Pero, ¿qué necesitamos nosotros para emprender?

But what do we need to undertake?
Lo primero en principal, la actitud. Si, la actitud es una de las bases primordiales para ir sembrando el emprendimiento que queramos impulsar. Además de la actitud, definir por pasión y amor lo que verdaderamente nos gusta realizar y que este pueda estar en servicio de los demás. Esto mantiene la fuerza del emprendimiento, le entrega poder y fortaleza a cualquier proyecto que deseas realizar.

First and foremost, attitude. Yes, the attitude is one of the fundamental bases to seed the enterprise that we want to promote. In addition to the attitude, define by passion and love what we truly like to accomplish and that this can be in service to others. This maintains the strength of the enterprise, gives power and strength to any project you want to make.
Y como saben el que ama lo que hace esta condenado al éxito. ¡Epa! No solo estamos hablando en ámbitos materiales, sino en ámbitos que van mucho más allá de la materia. Hablo de lo espiritual e intangible, que sabemos que han sido aspectos que se han reforzado por la nueva era que nos arropa, y ha resultado un total éxito sintiéndonos merecedores y felices.
And as you know, he who loves what he does is condemned to success. We are not only talking about material areas, but also areas that go far beyond matter. I'm talking about the spiritual and intangible, which we know have been aspects that have been reinforced by the new era that surrounds us, and has been a total success feeling deserving and happy.
He escuchado a emprendedores y sus recomendaciones siempre se basan en los mismos puntos. Uno de esos puntos es invertir ya sea en conocimiento, artes, disciplinas a través de cursos y talleres que te brinden ese interés en lo que quieras abarcar. Y ojo, a veces nos gustarÃa hacer cosas a la que no estamos capacitados, por no tener la preparación o por el simple hecho de que no explota tu máximo potencial. Por eso, decidir y definir de acuerdo a tu potencial te ahorrara mucho tiempo.
I have listened to entrepreneurs and their recommendations are always based on the same points. One of those points is to invest either in knowledge, arts, disciplines through courses and workshops that give you that interest in what you want to cover. And be careful, sometimes we would like to do things that we are not trained to do because we don't have the preparation or simply because we don't exploit your full potential. Therefore, deciding and defining according to your potential will save you a lot of time.
Y ustedes dirán ¿cuál es mi emprendimiento?

And you will say what is my enterprise?
Su nombre es Yara Yoga, nace dos años después que comencé mi formación como instructora de Yoga con Prema Yoga en Venezuela. Les diré, que me cambio el mundo por completo, me entregue a esta disciplina por el simple hecho de haber sentido una conexión que va mas allá de la razón. El bienestar que sentÃa después de cada sesión de yoga era magnifico, sin duda un espacio que me estaba regalando para armonizar mi vida.
Her name is Yara Yoga, born two years after I started my training as a Yoga instructor. I will tell you, that I changed the world completely, I gave myself to this discipline for the simple fact of having felt a connection that goes beyond reason. The well-being I felt after each yoga session was magnificent, without a doubt a space I was giving myself to harmonize my life.
Por esa razón, decidà dedicarme a impartir luego de un año de servicio como instructora de yoga. Aunque mi emprendimiento se encuentra bien crudito, las ganas de seguir creando este espacio seguirán. Además, lo más enriquecedor de todo es que a donde vaya mi emprendimiento va conmigo. Ya que suelo ser una nómada, el yoga me permitirá expandirme en lugares distintos, solo es cuestión de llevar mi mat y ¡voila!
For that reason, I decided to dedicate myself to teaching after a year of service as a yoga instructor. Even though my enterprise is very raw, the desire to continue creating this space will continue. Besides, the most enriching thing of all is that wherever my enterprise goes, it goes with me. Since I am usually a nomad, yoga will allow me to expand in different places, it's just a matter of carrying my mat and voila!
¿Por qué Yara?
Desde hace un tiempo, me perfeccione en el arte de la granola y las barras energéticas y forme una mini empresa para la distribución de estos productos, su nombre es Green Yara. De aquà nace una especie de alter ego que me permitió identificar mis productos y mi arte con este personaje. Yara en Venezuela fue la famosa Maria Lionza, diosa protectora y dueña de las lagunas, rÃos y cascadas, protectora de la naturaleza, animales, reina de las cosechas y reina del amor.
Some time ago, I perfected the art of granola and energy bars and formed a mini company for the distribution of these products, its name is Green Yara. From here a kind of alter ego was born that allowed me to identify my products and my art with this character. Yara in Venezuela was the famous Maria Lionza, protective goddess and owner of the lagoons, rivers and waterfalls, protector of nature, animals, queen of crops and queen of love.
Hay muchas leyendas que envuelven a este personaje indÃgena, lleno de aventuras, guerras, magia y brujerÃa. Sin duda, Yara llamo mi atención, cuando me percate de su presencia en muchos eventos de mi vida. Desde la aparición y fascinación de las mariposas color azul (Morpho Azul), se decÃa que ella las atraÃa. Hasta el sentimiento compasivo por todos los seres de la naturaleza, son caracterÃsticas que llevo en mi corazón y ella representaba ese ejemplo de mujer a la cual querÃa proyectar.
There are many legends involving this indigenous character, full of adventures, wars, magic and witchcraft. Without a doubt, Yara caught my attention, when I noticed her presence in many events in my life. Since the appearance and fascination of the blue colored butterflies (Morpho Azul), it was said that they were attracted. Even the compassionate feeling for all beings of nature, are characteristics that I carry in my heart and she represented that example of woman to which I wanted to project.
Uniendo Yara con la disciplina que tanto amo, me ha dado la fortaleza y la conexión con la naturaleza. Sentimiento divino que invade el ser y le devuelve su autenticidad, su amor y valentÃa. Desde luego, respetando los principios del yoga y trascendiendo asà el espÃritu divino que caracteriza este personaje venezolano.
Uniting Yara with the discipline I love so much has given me the strength and connection to nature. Divine feeling that invades the being and returns its authenticity, love and courage. Of course, respecting the principles of yoga and thus transcending the divine spirit that characterizes this Venezuelan character.
