¡Saludos querida comunidad! hoy quiero conversarles un poco sobre un tema que para muchos puede ser muy "random" hahaha, se trata de la temporada de mangos en mi país Venezuela.
El mango es una fruta muy deliciosa, la cual desde que tengo memoria me ha gustado mucho consumir. Descubrí hace poco que es de origen asiático y que se encuentra compuesta por un compendio amplio de vitaminas beneficiosas para nuestro cuerpo, e incluso el consumo de éste combate el envejecimiento prematuro ¿no es genial?
Ahora bien, en mi país es muy común notar la existencia de estos árboles frutales y existen muchas variaciones; entre los que puedo mencionar se encuentran los llamados mangos hilachas, bocados, piñas, heinz, mangas (de gran tamaño) entre otros, así que existen para todos los gustos jajajaja solo es cuestión de probar y elegir cuál se adapta mejor a nuestro paladar.
Mi paladar en particular siente una gran atracción por los mangos bocados, estos son de un tamaño más pequeños y no poseen tantas "hilachas" y eso además de su dulce sabor es de las cosas que más me cautivan, pues resulta un tanto desagradable luego desagradable remover tantos hilos de la pulpa de mis dientes al terminar de comerlos. Los mangos bocados me permiten cortar su pulpa en tajadas sin que estos se deshagan y eso para mí es muy placentero.
Otro de mis favoritos es el mango heiz el cual es el protagonista de las fotografías de este post, su tamaño es un poco más aumentado que los otros tipos de mangos, a excepción de las llamadas "mangas" que estás son de un tamaño mucho mayor.
Los mangos heinz son de un color matizado entre amarillo, verde y rojo. Son jugosos, dulces y con un toque ácido yo siempre me he sentido a gusto con su rico sabor a compota (espero no ser la única) hahahahaha.
La temporada de mangos en mi país es común en los meses de mayo y junio, en estás fechas suele disfrutarse con amplitud de los ricos batidos de mango, jaleas de mango, dulces de mango, guasacacas de mango y demás 🤣; de hecho es impresionante todas las cosas que se pueden idear con esta fruta tropical. Las hojas de este árbol frutal a su vez tiene grandes propiedades medicinales, de esto puedo hablarles en un próximo post. ❤️
Hoy quise compartir con todo el público la felicidad que siento al estar en presencia de la temporada de mangos, y lo divino que es disfrutar de esta fruta. ¿Cuál es tu tipo de mango favorito? quisiera leerte a través de un comentario.

Greetings dear community! today I want to talk to you a little bit about a topic that for many can be very "random" hahaha, it's about the mango season in my country Venezuela.

Now, in my country it is very common to notice the existence of these fruit trees and there are many variations; among those that I can mention are called mangos hilachas, bocados, pineapples, heinz, mangas (large) among others, so there are for all tastes hahahaha just a matter of trying and choosing which one best suits our palate.
My palate in particular feels a great attraction for the bitten mangoes, these are smaller in size and do not have so many "threads" and that in addition to its sweet taste is one of the things that captivate me the most, because it is somewhat unpleasant then unpleasant to remove so many threads of pulp from my teeth when I finish eating them. The bitten mangoes allow me to cut their pulp into slices without them falling apart and that is very pleasant for me.
Another of my favorites is the heiz mango which is the protagonist of the photographs of this post, its size is a little larger than the other types of mangoes, except for the so-called "sleeves" which are much larger.
The heinz mangoes have a color shading between yellow, green and red. They are juicy, sweet and with a touch of acid I have always felt at ease with their rich compote flavor (I hope I'm not the only one) hahahahahaha.
The mango season in my country is common in the months of May and June, in these dates it is usually widely enjoyed the rich mango smoothies, mango jellies, mango candies, mango guasacacas and others 🤣; in fact it is impressive all the things that can be devised with this tropical fruit. The leaves of this fruit tree in turn has great medicinal properties, I can tell you about this in a future post. ❤️
