Greetings guys, this is my first illustration on the platform, I must say that I am very excited to start sharing my drawings with you, I hope it will be of interest to the whole community. I wanted to start by designing Anna's character from the Disney movie "Frozen", where I will explain in the best way how I got the final result. Without further ado, let's get started.
Saludos chicos, esta es mi primera ilustración en la plataforma, debo decir que estoy muy emocionada por empezar a compartir mis dibujos con ustedes, espero que sea de agrado para toda la comunidad. Quise empezar diseñando el personaje de Anna de la película de Disney “Frozen”, donde explicare de la mejor manera como obtuve el resultado final. Sin más que decir empecemos.
Process / Proceso
Sketch / Boceto
For Anna's character, I start by making guide lines to get an approximation of how I want the drawing.
Para el personaje de Anna, empiezo realizando líneas guías para obtener una aproximación de como quiero el dibujo.
Outlined / Delineado
Once the sketch is ready, I proceed to refine the entire figure, detailing each part of the drawing.
Una vez teniendo listo el boceto, procedo a refinar toda la figura, detallando cada parte del dibujo.
Colour / Color
Now using the marker brush, I apply the color to each part of the figure, and with the airbrush I apply some blush to the cheeks.
Ahora usando el pincel rotulador, aplico el color a cada parte de la figura, y con el aerógrafo le aplico un poco de rubor a las mejillas.
Shadows / Sombras
I proceed to place the shadows, for this I imagine where the light source comes from, and with a slightly darker color I gently apply these shadows.
Procedo a colocar las sombras, para esto me imagino de donde proviene la fuente de luz, y con un color un poco más oscuro aplico suavemente dichas sombras.
Lights / Luces
With the marker brush at low opacity, I apply small flashes of brightness, where I consider that the light reaches your character. A little bit on the hair, face and dress.
Con el pincel rotulador a baja opacidad, voy aplicando pequeños destellos de brillo, donde considero que la luz llega al personaje. Un poco en el cabello, rostro y vestido.
Background / Fondo
This is my favorite part of the drawing, since it gives me the freedom to experiment with new and pleasant shades, to make the background I apply a mixture of colors, using the watercolor brush.
Esta es mi parte favorita del dibujo, ya que me da la libertad de experimentar con nuevas y agradables tonalidades, para realizar el fondo aplico una mezcla de colores, usando el pincel acuarela.
Details / Detalles
To finish I apply some details to accompany the background and the character, in this case I wanted to recreate the spirit of the wind, which is presented in the sequel to the film, if you have not seen it, I recommend it.
Para finalizar aplico unos detalles para acompañar el fondo y al personaje, en este caso quise recrear el espíritu del viento, que se presenta en la secuela de la película, sino la han visto, se la recomiendo.
Materials / Materiales
The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
- Android tablet.
- Capacitive pen (Stylus).
- Ibis Paint X program.
- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Watercolor, Marker.
Las herramientas que use para el dibujo fueron las siguientes:
- Tableta Android.
- Lápiz Capacitivo (Stylus).
- Programa Ibis Paint X.
- Pinceles: Lapiz, Aerografo, Acuarela, Rotulador.
