No sé si se han dado cuenta de que yo soy una persona muy tecnológica, siempre estoy en búsqueda de una nueva app o software que solucione un poco más mi vida y también me encanta aprender cosas nuevas. Al mismo tiempo, también me gusta compartir lo que uso porque nunca sabemos cuándo a alguien le puede resultar útil la información y asà también añado un poco más de valor a mi blog. Asà que para continuar con ese contenido que siempre le traigo todas las semanas donde les doy mi opinión de algo, hoy hablaremos sobre Notion el mejor gestor de proyectos que he probado en mi vida.

At the same time, I also like to share what I use because we never know when someone might find the information useful and so I also add a little more value to my blog. So to continue with that content that I always bring you every week where I give you my opinion on something, today we will talk about Notion the best project manager I have ever tried in my life.
Les cuento una breve historia, yo conocà Notion porque hace bastante tiempo hice un curso de programación y todo el contenido estaba alojado en esta app. Me dijeron que me creara una cuenta, me compartieron el acceso y todavÃa yo sigo teniendo en una cuenta ese contenido, asà que eso me encanta porque te permite alojar por muchÃsimo tiempo gran cantidad de contenido y no pierde la calidad para nada. Pero no fue hasta el año pasado que, mientras estuve trabajando en una agencia de marketing que pude sacarle el máximo provecho a esta aplicación y la verdad, estoy demasiado encantada. Notion en pocas palabras, es muy multitasking, ya que podemos utilizarlo desde base de datos, para gestionar proyectos, hasta tomar simples notas y podemos tener muchÃsimos espacios de trabajo.
I'll tell you a brief story, I met Notion because some time ago I did a programming course and all the content was hosted in this app. They told me to create an account, they shared with me the access and I still have that content in an account, so I love it because it allows you to host a lot of content for a long time and it doesn't lose quality at all. But it wasn't until last year that, while I was working in a marketing agency that I was able to get the most out of this application and the truth is, I am too delighted. Notion in a few words, is very multitasking, since we can use it from database, to manage projects, to take simple notes and we can have many workspaces.
Como les comenté yo utilizaba Notion para poder gestionar todo el contenido de las cuentas que yo llevaba en aquel entonces, utilizaba dos cuentas la de la empresa donde estaba la oficina virtual que me encantaba mucho y también tenÃa que gestionarla cuando ocupaba el rol de Project manager. Y al mismo tiempo llevaba mi Notion Personal con el contenido, mis ideas, mi contenido sobre Hive y también otros proyectos que tenÃa en paralelo. A dÃa de hoy lo utilizo para casi lo mismo llevo mis finanzas, mi lista de deseos, todas las idas de contenido que tengo y también lo que son las ideas pendientes, ya sea que haya hecho salidas y no quiero olvidarlas entonces las coloque una lista, en mi lista de lectura también pongo mis comentarios Personal, hago uso de un espacio de trabajo solo para plantillas y también lo uso como espacio de trabajo compartido cuando quiero trabajar con alguna otra persona que también utilicen Notion y entre otras cosas.
As I told you I used Notion to manage all the content of the accounts that I had at that time, I used two accounts, the company's account where I had the virtual office that I loved and I also had to manage it when I had the role of Project manager. And at the same time I had my Personal Notion with the content, my ideas, my content on Hive and also other projects I had in parallel. Nowadays I use it for almost the same thing, I keep my finances, my wish list, all the content I have and also my pending ideas, whether I have made outings and I don't want to forget them so I put them in a list, in my reading list I also put my personal comments, I make use of a workspace only for templates and I also use it as a shared workspace when I want to work with someone else who also use Notion and among other things.
Realmente siento que Notion es una herramienta demasiado increÃble por todas las ventajas que ofrece en su versión gratuita, ya que yo la utilizo de esta forma porque la versión paga si bien tiene muchÃsima funciones honestamente no me da la base económica para poder costearla, pero si lo tuviera realmente lo hiciera porque es demasiado increÃble todo lo que puedas hacer con esta herramienta. Incluso tiene una inteligencia artificial integrada, la cual es excelente, una de las mejores, solo que la versión gratuita tiene un acceso bastante limitado. Y si bien este post es de cómo yo utilizo esta aplicación, no es un tutorial. Si alguna persona quisiera un tutorial más profundo de cómo utilizar Notion, lo puede hacer sin ningún problema. Pero, por ahora les comparto simplemente cómo yo utilizo esta aplicación en mi dÃa a dÃa, espero que les haya gustado muchÃsimo conocer mis opiniones, nos leamos pronto!
I really feel that Notion is an incredible tool for all the advantages it offers in its free version, because I use it this way because the paid version although it has many features honestly does not give me the economic base to afford it, but if I had it I would really do it because it is too amazing everything you can do with this tool. It even has an integrated artificial intelligence, which is excellent, one of the best, but the free version has a very limited access. And while this post is about how I use this application, it's not a tutorial. If anyone would like a more in-depth tutorial on how to use Notion, you can do it without any problem.
