Me encanta el brócoli 🤤, es una de las verduras que más seguidores y acusadores tienes. Aunque no es la preferida de los niños, las propiedades saludables son muchas, pero para ello debe saberse consumir en las cantidades adecuadas y cocinarlo correctamente y así conservar todos los nutrientes.
