Que tal mis amigos de Hive? Bienvenidos a una nueva aventura! el día de hoy les hablaré de mi ruta en la bella y peligrosa Caracas, Venezuela. Esta vez con un recorrido que le dimos prácticamente media vuelta a toda Caracas. Rodando desde el Centro hasta La California (El Este)
What's up my friends from Hive? Welcome to a new adventure! Today I will tell you about my route in the beautiful and dangerous Caracas, Venezuela. This time with a route that we rode practically half around all of Caracas. Riding from Downtown to La California (East)
El día de hoy salimos bien temprano, a las 5:45 de la mañana. No había prácticamente nadie en las calles. Lo cual nos favorecía mucho porque no tenemos que estar tan preocupados por los carros y sobre todo las camionetas del transporte público. Por supuesto, sabemos que existe la inseguridad, pero al salir en grupo estamos un poco más tranquilos con ese tema 😀
Today we left very early, at 5:45 in the morning. There was practically no one on the streets. This was very favorable for us because we don't have to be so worried about the cars and especially the public transportation vans. Of course, we know that there is insecurity, but by going out in a group we are a bit calmer with that issue 😀
Otra de las ventajas de salir en la mañana es que tienes un clima fresco. Esto hace que no te desgastes tan rápido y no sudes tanto. Además de esto, ves unos paisajes increíbles durante el trayecto 🚴
Another advantage of going out in the morning is that you have a cool climate. This makes you don't be so exhausted as fast and you don't sweat as much. In addition to this, you see some amazing scenery along the way 🚴
Y con esto concluimos el día de hoy. En total realizamos 28 km de recorrido en 2 horas. Fue una ruta con pocos desniveles así que intentamos más que todo mejorar nuestras velocidades. Logrando una velocidad media de 17 km/h 💪
And that concludes today. In total we rode 28 km in 2 hours. It was a route with little gradients so we mostly tried to improve our speeds. Achieving an average speed of 17 km/h 💪
