Recientemente fui sorprendido por una hipotensión o presión arterial baja que me provocó una arrítmia cardiaca, de inmediato me llevaron al médico el cual, después de los exámenes respectivos, concluyó hipertrigliceridemia (nivel elevado de triglicéridos) sustancias grasas en la sangre y en el organismo, me envió medicamentos para ver si la arritmia volvía a la normalidad pero nada ocurrió, entonces me remitió a la Unidad de Cardiología del Hospital Dr Domingo Luciani, centro de salud público localizado en la Avenida Río de Janeiro, urbanización El Llanito, de la Parroquia Petare en el Municipio Sucre del Estado Miranda, al este de la ciudad de Caracas y al centro norte de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.

Recently I was surprised by a hypotension or low blood pressure that caused me a cardiac arrhythmia, immediately they took me to the doctor who, after the respective examinations, concluded hypertriglyceridemia (high level of triglycerides) fatty substances in the blood and in the body, he sent me medications to see if the arrhythmia returned to normal but nothing happened, then he referred me to the Cardiology Unit of the Dr Domingo Luciani Hospital, a public health center located on Avenida Rio de Janeiro, El Llanito urbanization, petare Parish in the Sucre Municipality of Miranda State, east of the city of Caracas and north center of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

En el Hospital fui muy bien recibido por una joven hermosa, talentosa, inteligente y excelente médico que me atendió de maravilla, con mucha ética y profesionalismo, me evaluó y de inmediato me realizó un electrocardiograma y un ecocardiograma, me indicó que permanecía la arritmia por lo que continuó con el tratamiento y la dieta respectiva. Una semana después volví al hospital y fui remitido a la Unidad de Cardiología del Hospital Universitario de Caracas aquí la atención fue similar, me realizaron un ecocardiograma transesofágico (ETE), este procedimiento utiliza el ultrasonido para producir imágenes en movimiento y en tiempo real del interior del corazón. La evaluación ayudó a diagnosticar un problemas cardíaco llamado Insuficiencia mitral el cual posiblemente va a requerir cirugía. Luego de este resultado y al verificar que no había trombos (coágulo sanguíneo) volví al Hospital Domingo Luciani donde me realizaron la cardioversión eléctrica bajo sedación lo que hizo que mi ritmo cardiaco volviera a la normalidad.

At the Hospital I was very well received by a beautiful, talented, intelligent and excellent young doctor who took great care of me, with great ethics and professionalism, evaluated me and immediately performed an electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram, she told me that the arrhythmia remained due to what continued with the treatment and the respective diet. A week later I returned to the hospital and was referred to the Cardiology Unit of the Hospital Universitario de Caracas here the care was similar, I had a transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) This procedure uses ultrasound to produce real-time, moving images of the inside of the heart. The evaluation helped diagnose a heart problem called mitral regurgitation, which may require surgery. After this result and when verifying that there were no thrombi (blood clot), I returned to the Domingo Luciani Hospital where they performed electrical cardioversion under sedation, which made my heart rate return to normal.

Hoy me siento mejor, estoy bajo constante observación médica y cumpliendo el tratamiento indicado, incluyendo la dieta y la caminata diaria, trato de no estresarme (cosa difícil de cumplir); sin embargo, he cumplido con el reposo y me he alejado bastante de los riesgos que me puedan llevar a una recaída o a males mayores, mucha oración, reflexión y cambio de actitud ante la vida. Trato de vivir mas tranquilo, en paz y ocupándome de cosas mas sencillas. Mi esposa y mis hijos se han portado de maravilla (como siempre) pero ahora mas, por lo que le estoy muy agradecido. También agradezco, primeramente a Dios por darme otra oportunidad de vida y por sus bendiciones, agradezco a todos los médicos y al personal de salud que me han atendido muy bien desde el principio, agradezco a mi sobrino y a su esposa que han estado conmigo en todo momento, a mis amigos y colegas allegados y a esos hermanos de la vida que son una bendición de Dios. A todos ustedes infinitas gracias.

Today I feel better, I am under constant medical observation and complying with the indicated treatment, including diet and daily walking, I try not to stress (something difficult to comply with); However, I have complied with the rest and I have stayed far away from the risks that could lead me to relapse or greater evils, a lot of prayer, reflection and change of attitude towards life. I try to live more calmly, in peace and taking care of simpler things. My wife and children have been wonderful (as always) but now more, for which I am very grateful. I also thank, first of all, God for giving me another chance at life and for his blessings, I thank all the doctors and health personnel who have treated me very well from the beginning, I thank my nephew and his wife who have been with me throughout moment, to my friends and close colleagues and to those brothers in life who are a blessing from God. Ahora bien, usted se preguntará ¿qué tiene que ver el resumen de salud con las fotografías de esta publicación? sencillo, antes de ayer me quedé solo en mi apartamento por lo que decidí tomar un pantalon viejo, le corté la parte de las pierna y sin medidas de ningún tipo, ni patrones de costura, sin máquina de coser y sin ningún conocimiento al respecto, improvisando, logré hacer una cartera de tela con forro incluído, solo utilicé mi conocimiento empírico, tijera, hilo, agujas y mi voluntad de confeccionar un detalle para mi esposa que ha sido muy buena conmigo, ella me ama y yo le correspondo de la misma manera, la amo inmensamente. Después de multiples pinchazos, y de pasar mas de diez horas entre ensayo y error, lo logré, mi esposa quedó conforme, le gustó su cartera al punto que la carga para arriba y para abajo. NOTA: no doy detalles de confección porque fue hecha de manera improvisada, se que es sencilla pero yo la hice con mucho amor para la mujer que amo. Gracias por leer esta publicación.

Simple, before yesterday I was alone in my apartment so I decided to take an old pants, I cut the part of the legs and without measurements of any kind, or sewing patterns, without a sewing machine and without any knowledge about it, improvising, I managed to make a fabric wallet with a lining included, I only used my empirical knowledge, scissors, thread, needles and my willingness to make a detail for my wife that has been very good to me, she loves me and I reciprocate the same way, I love her immensely. After multiple punctures, and spending more than ten hours between trial and error, I succeeded, my wife was satisfied, she liked her wallet to the point that she carried it up and down. NOTE: I do not give details of clothing because it was made in an improvised way, I know it is simple but I made it with a lot of love for the woman I love. Thank you for reading this publication.

Qué gran detalle! Esos bolsitos son de los mejores, muy resistentes y fáciles de lavar. Por allí tengo un pantalón de cuando uno de mi hijos era un gordo de 100 kilos. Lo tengo reservado, justo para hacer un bolso del estilo del suyo.
Me contenta que esté mejorando en salud. A cuidar la alimentación.

Hola @thaishps Muchas gracias por su comentario. Lo que usted dice es cierto, son bolsos prácticos, resistentes y muy fáciles de lavar. Tengo los dedos pinchados por todas partes y adoloridos pero estoy satisfecho con el producto final y lo mas importante, el detalle valió cada puntada porque le encantó a mi esposa, jajajajaja, Gracias a Dios.
