Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este post les compartiré una de mis deliciosas galletas al estilo brownie, muy deliciosas y esponjosas con pocos ingredientes ideales para compartir.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS
- 2 tazas de harina de trigo/ 2 cups wheat flour
- 5 cdas de mantequilla/ 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 taza de azúcar/ 1 cup sugar
- 1 huevo/ 1 egg
- Cacao en polvo/ Cocoa powder
- Vainilla/ Vanilla
PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE
Para empezar, prepararemos la masa mezclando la mantequilla con azúcar hasta integrarlos bien.
To begin, we will prepare the dough by mixing the butter with the sugar until well integrated.
Luego agregaremos el huevo.
Then add the egg.
Para darle los sabores a la mezcla, le colocaremos unas gotas de vainilla y mínimo 5 cdas de cacao en polvo dependiendo del cuestión de gustos.
To flavor the mixture, add a few drops of vanilla and at least 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, depending on your taste preferences.
Para terminar, teniendo la masa remos sacando porciones e ir dándole forma de galletas redondas para ir colocándolas en una bandeja de preferencia cubierta de mantequilla y harina de trigo para que no se peguen al sacarlas.
Metemos al horno por unos 15-20 minutos aproximadamente. A disfrutarlas!
