A veces necesitamos estar al aire libre para darnos cuenta de las bellas cosas que nos rodean, que hay mucho más allá de la pantalla de nuestros televisores, celulares y computadoras y que no está demás tomarnos al menos un día para disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Ayer tuve un gran día, luego de 3 meses ayer por fin volví a uno de mis lugares favoritos en el mundo. Como todos los venezolanos también me vi afectada por la falta de combustible y debido a esto era imposible utilizar el auto y más imposible aún llegar tan lejos sin el. Han pasado 3 meses desde la última vez que fuimos al campo y ya nos hacia falta hacer un viaje para volver a ese lugar, con tanto tiempo de encierro por la cuarentena es muy fácil perder la cabeza. Decidimos hacer un viaje al campo en familia, preparamos todo y salimos muy temprano para aprovechar el día al máximo.

Desde hace aproximadamente 2 años que frecuentamos este lugar y nunca habíamos pasado tanto tiempo sin ir. Es de mis lugares favoritos por su maravillosa y diversa naturaleza con una inmensa belleza imposible de no admirar. Amo ir al campo porque es un lugar perfecto para despejar la mente, apartado de la ciudad, sin nada de tecnología, donde puedo estar al aire libre rodeada de pura y hermosa naturaleza que se presenta de muchas formas como árboles, flores, plantas, animales de diferentes tipos y todo esto hace de ese lugar único y especial para mi.

Añoraba mucho regresar y pasar un día entero en ese increíble campo, extrañaba mucho caminar y caminar sin rumbo hasta encontrar cosas nuevas o diferentes para fotografiar, esperaba con muchas ansias que llegara el día de volver a estar rodeada de muchos animales y caminar entre ellos sin ningún miedo y finalmente ayer pude cumplir ese sueño tan simple pero tan importante para mi. Fue muy emocionante recorrer nuevamente la carretera con rumbo al campo a casi 2 horas de viaje de mi hogar , con muchas ganas de llegar para poder disfrutar mi día como tanto lo soñaba y al llegar finalmente mi corazón se llenó de una alegría tal que no encuentro las palabras perfectas para describirla, ¡es simplemente increíble!

Sometimes we need to be outdoors to realize the beautiful things that surround us, that there is much beyond the screen of our televisions, cell phones and computers and that it is not enough to take at least one day to enjoy nature.

Yesterday I had a great day, after 3 months yesterday I finally returned to one of my favorite places in the world. Like all Venezuelans, I was also affected by the lack of fuel and because of this it was impossible to use the car and even more impossible to get that far without it. 3 months have passed since the last time we went to the field and we already had to make a trip to return to that place, with so much time in prison due to quarantine it is very easy to lose our minds. We decided to take a family trip to the countryside, we prepared everything and left very early to make the most of the day.

We have been frequenting this place for about 2 years and we have never gone so long without going. It is one of my favorite places for its wonderful and diverse nature with an immense beauty impossible not to admire. I love going to the countryside because it is a perfect place to clear my mind, away from the city, without any technology, where I can be outdoors surrounded by pure and beautiful nature that appears in many ways such as trees, flowers, plants, animals of different types and all this makes that place unique and special for me.

I longed to return and spend a whole day in that incredible field, I missed walking and walking aimlessly until I found new or different things to photograph, I was looking forward to the day of being surrounded by many animals again and walking among them without no fear and finally yesterday I was able to fulfill that dream so simple but so important to me. It was very exciting to walk the road again heading to the countryside almost 2 hours away from my home, with a lot of desire to arrive to be able to enjoy my day as I dreamed of it and when I finally arrived my heart was filled with such joy that I cannot find the perfect words to describe it, it's just amazing!

Explorando en el campo. / Exploring in the field.

Al momento de llegar lo primero que noté diferente fue la abundancia de maleza, con tanto tiempo sin visitar el lugar era de esperarse ese tipo de cambios y el descuido. Tomé una foto de la laguna desde lo lejos y apenas podía notarse, así que me acerqué un poco y tomé una foto más. Estuve observando un rato la laguna con la esperanza de poder ver algún pez, esperé y esperé y al cabo de un rato vi 2 peces muy grandes, los mas grandes que he visto en esa laguna, fue imposible tomarles una foto, pues se movían mucho y finalmente se alejaron.

When I arrived, the first thing I noticed different was the abundance of weeds, with so much time without visiting the place it was to be expected that type of changes and neglect. I took a photo of the lagoon from afar and it was barely noticeable, so I zoomed in a bit and took one more photo. I was observing the lagoon for a while hoping to see some fish, I waited and waited and after a while I saw 2 very large fish, the largest that I have seen in that lagoon, it was impossible to take a photo of them, because they moved a lot and finally they walked away.

Comencé a caminar en busca de alguna flor diferente a las que ya había visto antes, el sol estaba muy fuerte pero más eran mis ganas de explorar que ni el sol me detuvo, mientras que estando en la ciudad es algo de lo que me quejo constantemente. Me detuve cuando vi unas flores amarillas y al acercarme noté que eran diferentes y tomé unas fotos.

I began to walk in search of a different flower than the ones I had seen before, the sun was very strong but my desire to explore was more than not even the sun stopped me, while being in the city is something I constantly complain about . I stopped when I saw some yellow flowers and when I got closer I noticed that they were different and I took some photos.

Continué con mi camino, y al cabo de un rato conseguí un árbol de cocos, eran grandes y amarillos, lucían bastante bien a pesar de que estaba muy lejos practicante abandonados. Cerca de los cocos había una flor amarilla muy hermosa y no dudé en tomarle una foto. Admito que de todas las fotos que tomé durante el día la de esta flor fue la que más me encantó.

I continued on my way, and after a while I got a coconut tree, they were big and yellow, they looked pretty good even though they were far away abandoned practitioners. Near the coconuts there was a very beautiful yellow flower and I did not hesitate to take a picture of it. I admit that of all the photos I took during the day, the one of this flower was the one that I loved the most.

Al pie del tronco de este árbol de coco había un agujero con telaraña en su exterior, lo que indica que allí habita una araña, tomé una pequeña rama y toqué con mucho cuidado la telaraña haciendo movimientos muy suaves con el fin de llamar su atención para que seliera a la luz y poder fotografiarla y no resultó, supongo que el agujero estaba vacío o simplemente la araña no salió.

At the foot of the trunk of this coconut tree there was a hole with a cobweb on the outside, which indicates that a spider lives there, I took a small branch and very carefully touched the cobweb making very gentle movements in order to draw its attention to That it be sealed in the light and to be able to photograph it and it did not turn out, I suppose that the hole was empty or it simply did not come out.

Junto al árbol de coco había otro árbol en muy mal estado, su tronco estaba completamente seco, parecía que ya tenía muchos años así, pero noté algo curioso que llamó mi atención, vi algo blanco que se movía y al acercarme vi que era un gusano blanco, me impresionó mucho ya que nunca había visto un gusano de ese color, era hermoso.

Next to the coconut tree there was another tree in very bad condition, its trunk was completely dry, it seemed that it had been like this for many years, but I noticed something curious that caught my attention, I saw something white that was moving and when I got closer I saw that it was a worm white, I was very impressed since I had never seen a worm of that color, it was beautiful.

Ya cansada de caminar me senté al pie de un árbol bajo su sombra para descansar un poco antes de continuar y para mi sorpresa había un hongo muy grande cerca de las raices del árbol. ha había visto hongos por allí anteriormente pero nunca uno tan grande como ese.

Tired of walking, I sat at the foot of a tree under its shade to rest a bit before continuing and to my surprise there was a very large mushroom near the roots of the tree. He has seen mushrooms there before but never one as big as that.

Continué caminando un rato más hasta que me vi rodeada completamente de árboles y mucha maleza, ya había llegado al punto en que no había nada más interesante que ver y regresé. No había visto a los animales en todo el día, se suponía que estaban muy lejos comiendo pasto y cuando regresé ya estaban ahí, me sorprendió lo grandes que estaban, parecían enormes desde la última vez que los vi hace 3 meses, y ciertamente fue así.

I continued walking a while longer until I was completely surrounded by trees and a lot of brush, I had already reached the point where there was nothing more interesting to see and I returned. I had not seen the animals all day, they were supposed to be far away eating grass and when I came back they were already there, I was surprised how big they were, they seemed huge since the last time I saw them 3 months ago, and they certainly were.

Descansé un rato del largo recorrido que hice y al final de la tarde regresamos a casa, todos muy cansados y agotados por tan lago día, en especial yo que me dediqué a explorar. Fue un día muy agotador pero valió la pena salir de la ciudad por un día e ir al campo y estar al aire libre, a pesar de que siempre llego cansada de ese lugar regreso a casa con ganas de volver allá nuevamente porque ¡amo ese lugar y amo estar allí!

I rested for a while from the long journey I made and at the end of the afternoon we returned home, all very tired and exhausted from such a long day, especially me who dedicated myself to exploring. It was a very tiring day but it was worth it to leave the city for a day and go to the country and be outdoors, even though I always come home tired from that place I go home wanting to go back there again because ¡I love that place and I love being there!
