Ya pasó San Valentin pero seguimos en febrero, el mes del amor, y ya que no es necesario esperar una fecha especial para demostrar este lindo sentimiento quiero aprovechar para compartir mi participación en el Energy Refill Contest con la frase de esta semana que nos comparte @tripode la cual va acorde con esta época.

Esta frase me parece muy interesante, por el hecho de que lo que dice es muy cierto, al menos a mi parecer, pues el amor es un sentimiento indispensable para los seres vivos, tanto humanos como animales, pues el amor representa vida, y para esta es necesario que exista este sentimiento.
El amor se suele confundir con relaciones de parejas, pero esto no tiene por que ser asi, el amor es un sentimiento muy grande y no debe tener límites, podemos expresarlo a muchas personas a la vez y de distintas formas y no limitarnos a amor a una única persona despreciando a los demás. No nos debe dar pena sentir amor hacia alguien ni mucho menos hacérselo saber, al contrario, si demostramos nuestros sentimientos seremos capaces de llevar una vida feliz y tranquila, sin ocultar ni negar lo que sentimos, y como ya dije antes no necesariamente debe ser por una pareja, a veces nos cuesta trabajo demostrar amor a nuestra propia familia o amigos y es normal, pero una vez que lo hacemos nuestro entorno se vuelve más agradable.

El amor es sinónimo de vida, y sin el no la hay, un ambiente lleno de amor se convierte en el lugar más agradable y ameno del mundo y donde felizmente podríamos pasar muchas horas y disfrutar de cada momento, cada experiencia de la mejor manera. El amor a veces puede ser confuso, y no siempre es recíproco pero que eso no nos impida llevar una vida feliz, amor es lo que sobra en el mundo y no debemos aferrarnos a una sola cosa o persona, pues aplica para absolutamente todo lo que nos importa en esta vida.
El amor también se trata de nosotros mismos, el amor propio y el principal que debemos tener o sentir, pues si no nos amamos primero a nosotros mismos ¿cómo podríamos ser capaces de amar a un tercero? es allí donde comienza el primer y verdadero amor, el que nos tenemos a nosotros mismos.
Love is synonymous with life, and without it there is none, an environment full of love becomes the most pleasant and enjoyable place in the world and where we could happily spend many hours and enjoy each moment, each experience in the best way. Love is also about ourselves, self-love and the main one that we must have or feel, because if we do not love ourselves first ¿how could we be able to love a third? It is there where the first and true love begins, the one we have for ourselves.
Cada vez que nos proponemos algo tambien requiere de amor, es la base de todo, no solo de la vida sino tambien de nuestros deseos y sueños, con amor todo se logra y nada es imposible. Es importante plantearnos nuestras prioridades en la vida y más importante aún llevar una buena actitud ante la vida para conseguir lo que queremos. Siempre que el amor este presente no habrá barreras que nos impidan alcanzar un sueño meta.
Para finalizar, esta frase de la semana es una de las más ciertas que he escuchado, expresa algo real, y es que el amor es la base de todo en esta vida, y sin el la vida sería vacía y sin sentido.
