Seamos sinceros, ¿cuántos de nosotros hemos aceptado los términos y condiciones de alguna página o aplicación sin haberlos leído? Confieso que yo lo he hecho muchas veces.
Inició un nuevo Redfish Rally en la comunidad The Terminal y esta vez puedo asegurar que "He leído y concuerdo con los términos y condiciones del Redfish Rally". Esa es la primera tarea que debemos cumplir y nuestras mentoras del Rally se han dado la tarea de mostrarnos por que es necesario empezar por allí.

Muchos aceptamos unirnos al Rally sin entender bien qué es lo que se debe hacer, y cómo hacerlo correctamente. Pero tenemos a nuestra disposición toda la información necesaria para prepararnos para los siguientes retos.
Sólo hay que leer
En primer lugar porque garantiza que hagamos un buen trabajo. Segundo porque podemos aplicar estos consejos tanto en los posts sobre el Rally como en nuestras publicaciones en general. Y algo muy importante, al aprender y hacer bien el trabajo se puede ayudar a otros. Al igual que yo, algunos compañeros de rally damos apoyo en varias comunidades de habla hispana como moderadores, donde cada día llegan más usuarios nuevos que necesitan ayuda. Entonces si aprendemos y hacemos bien el trabajo podemos ser Embajadores de The Terminal, al compartir estos tips útiles con otros.
Consejos útiles para todos.
Basándome en los post publicados previamente por The Terminal, sobre las normas y consejos para los participantes del Rally, voy a destacar e algunos consejos prácticos que he aprendido y son válidos también para todos los que hacemos vida en Hive.
Leer tanto como sea posible. Puedo asegurar que es la clave para hacer bien nuestro trabajo. investigar, preguntar, entender.
Cantidad mínima de palabras. No es necesario hacer publicaciones extra largas e interminables, pero para que sea de calidad, debe tener contenido. En el caso de los que participan en el Rally debemos tener un conteo mínimo de palabras para cada participación que hagamos.
Etiquetas: serán la razón por la que las personas lean tu blog. El uso correcto de las etiquetas es vital para un post exitoso. Son las etiquetas las que posicionarán tu post en el lugar correcto para que se ha visto, leído y valorado, de lo contrario si usamos las etiquetas incorrectas el post será prácticamente invisible. Importante: si tienes dudas pide ayuda.
La utilidad de Pinmapple: Antes del Rally no conocía esta herramienta. Pero descubrí que es realmente útil. Consiste en que, si haces un post donde mencionas algún lugar del mundo, puedes marcar un punto de ubicación en esta herramienta y agregarlo a tu blog. De esta forma tu post quedará anexado el mapa de Pinmapple donde hay miles de post sobre viajes y lugares del mundo, podrá ser leído por cualquiera que desee saber más sobre el lugar de interés que marcaste. ¿Que hace un post, un buen post?: Hay mucha tela que cortar en este tema, pero básicamente hay acciones que debemos hacer si queremos añadirle calidad a nuestro trabajo. Uno de los consejos que más me ayudó es que "si no participas después de publicar y no respondes comentarios, un post bueno puede convertirse en malo", si no respondes los comentarios que te hacen ¿quién va a querer volver a leer y comentar tus post si no le respondes los comentarios que te dejo?. Así que el consejo es interactuar tanto como sea posible. Tanto en los comentarios que te dejen como en los post de otras personas.
Y uno de los primero consejos que recibí fue sobre conocer comunidades y publicar en ellas. Identificar cuál es el tema general de tu blog y ubicarlo en la comunidad correcta puede ser la clave para el éxito en la blockchain.

Recuerda que si inviertes tiempo en educarte y aprender cada vez más sobre cómo hacer un buen trabajo en Hive, será ganancia a largo plazo, porque pronto notarás mejoras en tu trayectoria.

A new Redfish Rally has started in The Terminal community and this time I can assure you that "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Redfish Rally". That is the first task that we must fulfill and our Rally mentors have given themselves the task of showing us why it is necessary to start there.
Many of us agree to join the Rally without fully understanding what to do, and how to do it correctly. But we have at our disposal all the necessary information to prepare ourselves for the following challenges.

First because it ensures that we do a good job. Second because we can apply these tips both in the posts about the Rally and in our publications in general. And something very important, by learning and doing the job well you can help others. Like me, some of our rally partners give support in various Spanish-speaking communities as moderators, where more new users arrive every day who need help. So if we learn and do the job well we can be Ambassadors of The Terminal, by sharing these useful tips with others.
Useful tips for everyone.
Based on the posts previously published by The terminal, about the rules and advice for Rally participants, I am going to highlight some practical tips that I have learned and are also valid for all of us who live at Hive.
Read as much as possible. I can assure you that it is the key to doing our job well. investigate, ask, understand.
Minimum number of words. You don't need to make extra long and endless posts, but to be quality, it must have content. In the case of those who participate in the Rally, we must have a minimum word count for each participation we make.
Tags: will be the reason people read your blog. The correct use of the labels is vital for a successful post. It is the labels that will position your post in the right place so that it has been seen, read and valued, otherwise if we use the wrong labels the post will be practically invisible. Important: if you have questions ask for help.
The utility of Pinmapple: Before the Rally I did not know this tool. But I found it to be really useful. It consists in that, if you make a post where you mention some place in the world, you can mark a location point in this tool and add it to your blog. In this way your post will be attached to the Pinmapple map where there are thousands of posts about travel and places in the world, it can be read by anyone who wants to know more about the place of interest you marked. What makes a post, a good post?: There is a lot of material to cut on this topic, but basically there are actions that we must do if we want to add quality to our work. One of the tips that helped me the most is that "if you do not participate after posting and do not respond to comments, a good post can become bad", if you do not respond to the comments they make, who will want to reread and comment on your post if you do not answer the comments I leave you?. So the advice is to interact as much as possible. Both in the comments they leave you and in other people's posts.
And one of the first tips I received was about getting to know communities and posting to them. Identifying what the general theme of your blog is and placing it in the right community can be the key to success on the blockchain.

Excellent @mariale07. Exactly what the Challenge required you to do to read both TIPS posts and tell which tips were the most helpful to you. Thanks for explaining the tips you found helpful. Now others can read your post and hopefully them also who are not members of the Terminal or who have not read the two TIPS posts.

La verdad es que sí, yo tampbién confieso haber aceptado sin haber leido, creo que muchos lo hacen. Pero hay que siempre leer, por eso se dice que debemos leer sobre todo las letras chiquitas, nunca sabremos qué esperar si no leemos. Saludos amiga .

Naguara amiguita que bueno que das estos consejos, yo soy una de las que anda más perdida que el hijo de Lindbergh, pero tienes mucha razón al señalar que hay que LEER, a veces nos gustan los atajos porque andamos apurados, y con honestidad no se trata de llegar primero, sino de ir construyendo con calidad. La verdad es que sí tengo que aceptar que en muchas ocasiones me he saltado el paso de "leer" antes de aceptar los términos y condiciones, son cosas que he ido mejorando...mi profesor de Inglés solía darnos tips importantes para el momento de leer, y desde ese momento los he estado aplicando.
