Hace unos días atrás @veronicamantinc me invitó a participar en una iniciativa propuesta y creada por ella misma que consiste en cómo describirías tu blog en tres palabras. Esta iniciativa me agrada mucho pues es cierto que cada blog existente dentro de la plataforma de Hive porta parte de la esencia de su dueño, básicamente es una pequeña ventana hacia el interior de cada uno de nosotros: nuestros gustos, nuestras pasiones, nuestras experiencias y debido a eso es que cada blog es diferente y único a su manera.
Creo que definir mi blog en únicamente tres palabras es algo difícil ya que este espacio que he creado no sólo se define por las recetas de comida que comparto o por el Art Journal que elaboro, realmente mi Blog engloba muchas otras cosas más de lo que yo realmente soy. Sin embargo, haré mi mejor esfuerzo para escoger las palabras apropiadas que mejor describan este espacio que con mucho amor he construido durante estos últimos años.
A few days ago @veronicamantinc invited me to participate in an initiative proposed and created by herself which consists in how would you describe your blog in three words. This initiative pleases me a lot because it is true that each blog that exists within the Hive platform carries part of the essence of its owner, basically it is a small window into the interior of each of us: Our tastes, our passions, our experiences_ and because of that is that each blog is different and unique in its own way.
I think that defining my blog in only three words is a bit difficult since this space I have created is not only defined by the food recipes I share or by the Art Journal I create, really my Blog encompasses many other things more than who I really am. However, I will do my best to choose the appropriate words that best describe this space that I have lovingly built over the past few years.

Creo que la palabra inicial que podría describir a mi blog es comida porque sí, en efecto, más del 50% de mi contenido es netamente culinario. Pero, ¿saben algo? no es simplemente comida y ya, realmente es más que eso. Para mí la cocina es todo un arte, cocinar es un arte pues necesitas tener creatividad no sólo al momento de combinar unos que otros ingredientes, sino también al momento de servir tú creación a los comensales.
También pienso que la palabra comida no sólo incluye al hecho de preparar deliciosas recetas, sino también crear contenido culinario desde otra perspectiva bien sea realizando reseñas de lugares de comida a los que visito o simplemente realizando reseñas de algún producto que me haya gustado. De cierta forma siento que el contenido culinario que yo creo puede también servirle como inspiración a alguien más de la comunidad para mejorar su contenido o incluso para atreverse a publicar desde las comunidades de comida que existen aquí en Hive.

In a way I feel that the culinary content I create can also serve as inspiration to someone else in the community to improve their content or even to dare to publish from the food communities that exist here in Hive.
La segunda palabra que mejor define a mi blog es, sin duda alguna, "creatividad"...y creatividad en diversos sentidos. Desde que inicié con mi blog siempre he tratado de aprender a manipular distintas herramientas para dar un toque distinto a mi blog bien sea con imágenes llamativas o creando un lindo vídeo que sea agradable visualmente.
Creo que la creatividad en mi blog se encuentra expresada de muchas formas y no sólo en cómo edito mis vídeos y mis propias imágenes. También se encuentra en cada fotografía que capturo e incluso con mi contenido que trato de variar con un poco de frecuencia.
The second word that best defines my blog is, without a doubt, "creativity"...and creativity in different senses. Since I started my blog I have always tried to learn how to manipulate different tools to give a different touch to my blog either with eye-catching images or creating a nice video that is visually pleasing.
I think the creativity in my blog is expressed in many ways and not only in how I edit my videos and my own images. It is also found in every photograph I capture and even with my content that I try to vary a little bit often.
La tercera y última palabra que mejor define a mi blog es _fotografía-. No es que yo sea fotógrafa profesional...no,no,no; en realidad estoy lejos de serlo pero la verdad es que ese mundo me apasiona enormemente así que me he encargado de aprender algunas cosas por mi propia cuenta. Esto de cierta forma ha ayudado a que mi blog sea mucho más auténtico y transmita un poco más de mi esencia.
Básicamente el 85% de las fotografías que comparto en cada una de mis publicaciones son de mi autoria y, para serles sincera, siempre he deseado causar cierto impacto visual con mi "trabajo fotográfico" y que cuando las personas lean mis publicaciones sientan que el contenido es algo así como de calidad editorial y eso, sin duda, se logra con unas lindas fotografías. Por tal motivo es que siempre me esmero tanto en cada una de las tomas.
The third and last word that best defines my blog is photography. Not that I'm a professional photographer...no,no,no; actually I'm far from being one but the truth is that I'm very passionate about this world so I've taken it upon myself to learn some things on my own. This in a way has helped my blog to be much more authentic and transmit a bit more of my essence.
Basically 85% of the photographs that I share in each of my publications are my own and, to be honest, I have always wanted to make a certain visual impact with my "photographic work" and that when people read my publications they feel that the content is something like editorial quality and that, without a doubt, is achieved with beautiful photographs. That's why I always take so much care in every single shot.
