There are so many things that can be used for cooking ingredients where we have the curry, thyme, salt, nutmeg, onions, pepper, tomatoes, maggi and so on. But in this case there was something special that I discovered and I got to the federal capital territory we are we have a lot of more Discovery from me and also why people use them. This kind of new discovery I have never seen it where I decided initially I don't know if it is because of the immediate environment or people do not request for this kind of food ingredients or people do not know how to make use of it our people do not know how to prepare it and store it for a longer period of time.
- When I was making my take a walk few hours ago I discovered this weight loss kind of people who sell dried garnished Pepper meat. Which is also known as "Kilishi". So I got there and I find this particular food ingredients and I was told that it can be use to add more flavour into the soup or prepared food itself not only this flavour alone but also it gives more aroma to the immediate food preparation as it is presently. In the federal capital territory most people is it and consume it.
To the best of my knowledge this is our this kind of food ingredients is being made. When you have already boiled or cooked meat what they do next is that they use and Grinder to drive it and make all the meat already cooked tear into small pieces and then it will form a very thin fine shape.
After this process they will spread it and dried it up with any of this Methods with ovendry, with sundry, or dried at room temperature. After it has been dried it will now be measured into different kind of container and it should be sold that way. Their main purpose making it dry is that to make it I have a very longer period of time with storage longetivity.
- As it is presently you can use this kind of food ingredients into meal like Spaghetti, Macaroni, Indomie, Stew, Egg sauce and others and you can also use it to drink cassava flakes.
- It is mainly a proteinous source and it is very healthy and safe for people to consume.
