I think after dealing with anxiety myself for a long time, I had a perspective shift where I realized it isn't my IDENTITY. It is a part of an experience I go through. Once that clicked for me, I felt pulled to do more content in that realm. Sometimes it's just showing up & doing the best you can.

Thank you for sharing, your story. I do not really like that video as I feel I could have done a better job, and polished it up a bit more, actually, I think I will do another but using Onenote instead of Google docs spreadsheet, as I think OneNote is easier to use.

When I first started doing videos, I did not like MANY of them but I kept doing them & kept showing up! As you continue to do this, you will get better naturally & your content will look more polished in the way you want. The key thing I learned is sometimes you really don't need a lot of bells & whistles (even though I enjoy that part of the creation process), sometimes it's just showing up & speaking your truth or sharing something valuable to your viewers is all that is needed. People will be drawn to you when they see what lights you up inside! :)

Your 2 cents are worth a lot more than just two-hundredths of a dollar. I true am a hot mess, I think on some level we all are, and it is those messes and how we deal, that attracts other people :-)
