Hola Amig@s, espero que se encuentre excelentes, Hoy les hablaré de mi Nuevo Trabajo, bueno ya voy para un mes pero no había podido compartir mi experiencia con ustedes.
Mi amiga Corimar (@corimarstorys) quien tiene una heladería, es el lugar donde trabajo en La Marquesa "Heladería" así se llama. Tenía ya bastante tiempo que no trabajaba en un negocio y de atención al público. Desde muy pequeño siempre me ha gustado trabajar, mi primer trabajo yo todavía estudiaba en la escuela y recuerdo que fueron unas vacaciones que trabaje en el Mercado de mi pueblo en un puesto de Hortalizas y frutas, desde ese entonces yo no había trabajado más.
Mi amiga Corimar inicio su heladería en la Emisora del papa de su esposo local que esta al frente de la plaza de mi pueblo, y ella me había comentado que se iba a mudar a otro local (al lado de la emisora), y que me iba a necesitar para ayudarle a decorar el lugar y yo muy complacido le dije que sí. Pasaron semanas y nada que cori me decía para decorar y yo le escribía que había pasado que no se había mudado, y ella siempre me decía que necesitaba pintar 2 paredes y que no le había dado tiempo para hacerlo, que la próxima semana, y así pasaron varias semanas hasta que le dije ¿Quieres que te ayude a pintar? Y bueno la ayude a pintar recuerdo que fue un Jueves y ya el Domingo la Heladería estaba abierta en el nuevo local.
La Marquesa abría sus puertas de Miércoles a Domingo, el día que fui a iniciar a pintar Corimar me dio la Clave del Wifi de otro local que queda cerca de La Marquesa, y yo iba casi todos los días por no decir todos, a descargar una Serie que ya tenía bastante tiempo descargando, y bueno iba mientras descargaba mi seríe, había momento donde la heladería se llenaba y Corimar y Su Esposo no daban para atender a todas las personas, y sin que ellos me dijeran nada yo me metía ayudarlos a atender de una manera desinteresada.
La Heladería ha tenido una gran Éxito (Gracias a Dios) hasta que Cori tomo la Decisión de hablar conmigo para que trabajará de jueves a domingo ya que el negocio ha tenido un crecimiento en las ventas y hay momento donde se necesitan ayudantes. Ya yo iba casi todos los días para allá, pero ahora iba a trabajar como tal y me iba a beneficiar de un Sueldo Semanal y yo acepté, claro sin dejar de lado mi empresa de Eventos Melendez&Asociados, pero como mi negocio no es un trabajo constante, yo quería un trabajo como más fijo y que cuando saliera trabajo en Meléndez&Asociados yo pudiera cumplir con el encargo y ¡así fue! los días que salgan trabajo en mi empresa yo puedo estar libre ese día, la mayoría de mis trabajo de Decoración de evento ya están listo antes de las 4:30pm hora en que entró a trabajar en la heladería.
Recuerdo que Fue un Jueves, y yo estaba como un poco nervioso, aunque ya tenía confianza con ellos, sentía raro trabajar después de un largo tiempo sin hacerlo, el primer día no sabía qué hacer, si me iba a tocar servir Helado, limpiar el local oh si me iba a tocar cobrar por el Punto De Ventas. En si mi primer día de Trabajo no serví helado que era lo que más temía, ya que nunca lo había hecho y no sé si iba a servir la cantidad correcta de helado. Al final del mi primer día, Corimar quien es ahora mi Jefa (Ahora le digo así para echarle broma) me dijo que sirviera unos helados para nosotros, claro fue fácil ya que no había presión porque no era para un cliente si no, para nosotros mismo! Pero los serví y me parecido muy fácil.
Llego el Segundo día Viernes (Los Viernes, sábados y domingos son los días donde hay más movimiento en la heladería) Ese Día su Esposo Pedro que es quien servía el Helado estaba ocupado montado el Aire Acondicionado al local y mi Jefa Corimar me dice Meléndez te toca servir, aunque confieso que tenía algo de nervio por lo mismo si yo estaría sirviendo la Cantidad de helado correcta, y al principio la Porción la servía más pequeña de la que tenía que ser, y el esposo de Corimar me indicó cual era la correcta y así fui aprendiendo y Ahora ya ha pasado casi un mes y soy todo un maestro sirviendo helado.
En mi primer trabajo en mi infancia fue igual que este, que es trabajar con el público, siempre he pensado que unos de los trabajos más complejos es trabajar con el Público en general, no todos tienen el Carisma oh la habilidad de Trabajar con el público, pienso que unos de los factores más importante en un negocio es la manera de como entendemos al cliente, es un factor importante, eso influye en que el cliente vuelve a frecuentar en negocio.
No te ha pasado que vas a un Negocio a comprar y te hacen sentir tan bien y tu vuelves a frecuentar ese lugar por lo bien que te sentiste atendido. Para mi es importante que el cliente se sienta complacido y bien, por eso es que cada día trato de dar lo mejor de mí en cada cliente, aunque hay clientes que son tan odiosos, pero no me quedo con ellos sino con el cliente que son muy amables. Gracias a Dios no ha llegado el primer cliente que me haya costado atender.
Por eso digo que trabajar con el público no es nada fácil porque trabajamos con diferentes temperamentos, diferentes personalidades pero siempre es que se encuentra del otro lado del mostrador debe de dar lo mejor para el cliente, como dice un dicho “el Cliente siempre tiene la razón”.

It took several weeks until I said, Do you want me to help you paint? And well I helped her paint I remember that it was a Thursday and on Sunday the ice cream parlor was open in the new place.
La Marquesa opened its doors from Wednesday to Sunday, the day I went to start painting Corimar gave me the Wi-Fi password of another place that was near La Marquesa, and I went almost every day, if not all, to download one. Series that I had been downloading for a long time, and well, while I was downloading my series, there was a moment where the ice cream parlor was full and Corimar and Her Husband did not give to attend to all the people, and without them telling me anything, I would help them attend one selfless manner.
The Ice Cream Shop has had a great success (Thank God) until Cori made the Decision to speak with me so that she will work from Thursday to Sunday since the business has had a growth in sales and there are times when helpers are needed. I already went there almost every day, but now I was going to work as such and I was going to benefit from a Weekly Salary and I accepted, of course without leaving aside my company of Eventos Melendez & Asociados, but since my business is not a constant job , I wanted a more permanent job and that when I left work at Meléndez & Asociados I could fulfill the assignment and that's how it was! The days that I work in my company I can be free that day, most of my Event Decoration work is already ready before 4:30 pm when I started working at the ice cream parlor.
I remember it was a Thursday, and I was kind of nervous, although I already had confidence with them, it felt strange to work after a long time without doing it, the first day I did not know what to do, if I was going to have to serve ice cream, clean the local oh if I was going to have to charge for the Point of Sales. On my first day of work I did not serve ice cream which was what I feared most, since I had never done it and I do not know if I was going to serve the correct amount of ice cream. At the end of my first day, Corimar who is now my Boss (Now I say this to joke) told me to serve some ice cream for us, of course it was easy since there was no pressure because it was not for a client, but for us same! But I served them and found them very easy.
I arrived on the second day Friday (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are the days when there is more movement in the ice cream parlor) That Day her Husband Pedro who is the one who served the Ice Cream was busy setting up the Air Conditioning to the premises and my Boss Corimar tells me Meléndez you It's time to serve, although I confess that I had some nerve for the same reason if I would be serving the correct amount of ice cream, and at first the Portion was serving it smaller than it had to be, and Corimar's husband told me which was the correct one And that's how I was learning and now it has been almost a month and I am a master serving ice cream.
In my first job in my childhood it was the same as this, which is working with the public, I have always thought that one of the most complex jobs is working with the general public, not everyone has the Charisma or the ability to work with the public I think that one of the most important factors in a business is the way we understand the customer, it is an important factor, that influences the customer to return to business.
It has not happened to you that you go to a business to buy and they make you feel so good and you return to frequent that place because of how well you felt understood. For me it is important that the client feels pleased and well, that is why every day I try to give the best of myself in each client, although there are clients who are so obnoxious, but I do not stay with them but with the client that they are. very kind. Thank God the first customer that it was difficult for me to serve has not arrived.
That is why I say that working with the public is not easy at all because we work with different temperaments, different personalities, but it is always that they are on the other side of the counter, they must give the best for the client, as the saying goes “the Client always has the reason".
