¡Hi friends!
Entusiasmada de participar en esta iniciativa: “Nadando con ballenas”, presentada por nuestra amiga @mayvil. En un breve juego de preguntas la guapa integrante de la comunidad @mayvileros, nos conduce a reflexionar sobre cómo es nuestro trabajo creador en Hive, cómo nos sentimos como escritores y cuáles pueden ser nuestros aportes o sugerencias para el ascenso de Hive y de todos los usuarios. Veo esta iniciativa como un intento de acercarnos como familia, permitiéndonos compartir nuestras percepciones sobre esta comunidad.
Excited to participate in this initiative: “Swimming with whales”, presented by our friend @mayvil. In a short game of questions, the beautiful member of the community @mayvileros, leads us to reflect on what our creative work is like in Hive, how we feel as writers and what our contributions or suggestions could be for the promotion of Hive. I see this initiative as an attempt to get closer as a family, allowing us to share our perceptions about this community.
1.¿Tienes una ballena favorita?.// Do you have a favorite whale?
Por supuesto que sí, en el corto tiempo que tengo compartiendo en esta maravillosa infraestructura digital hay una ballena que siempre me ha apoyado y estoy muy contenta con mi colaboradora y siempre fiel ballena @appreciator. Puedo agregar que por problemas de salud me ausenté por un tiempo de esta plataforma, apenas tengo una semana que retomé mi más motivadora y alegre rutina como lo es escribir para Hive y les doy las gracias porque me siento de nuevo como en casa. Gracias por el apoyo y la confianza extensivas también a: @blocktrades, @theycallmedan, @ecency @upmewlale y @mayvileros.
Las ballenas son de gran importancia en el ecosistema porque ellas son la motivación para seguir creando y creciendo en esta plataforma.
Of course, in the short time I have been sharing in this wonderful digital infrastructure there is a whale that has always supported me and I am very happy with my collaborator and always faithful whale @appreciator. I can add that due to health problems I was absent for a while from this platform, I just have a week since I resumed my most motivating and joyful routine, such as writing for Hive and I thank you because I feel at home again. Thanks for the extensive support and trust also to: @blocktrades, @theycallmedan, @ecency @upmewlale and @mayvileros.
Whales are of great importance in the ecosystem because they are the motivation to continue creating and growing on this platform.
2.Si pudieras ser una ballena ¿Qué sería lo primero que harías?.// If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
La originalidad en los contenidos es de suprema importancia, por eso el criterio de evaluación debe priorizar el trabajo creador, pero también apoyaría a los nuevos usuarios, quienes precisamente por estar recién incursionando necesitan de incentivos para que se encariñen con la página y de esa forma se esfuercen en mejorar cada día. También les brindaría una mano amiga a los compatriotas venezolanos ayudándolos a remar en esta tempestad que atraviesan para que salgan adelante.
Originality in content is of paramount importance, for this reason the evaluation criteria should prioritize creative work, but it would also support new users, who precisely because they are just entering need incentives to that they become fond of the page and that way they strive to improve every day. It would also offer a helping hand to the Venezuelan compatriots helping them to row in this storm they are going through so that they can get ahead.
3.Si fueras una ballena, ¿apoyarías alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro del blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido diario?.// If you were a whale, would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create daily content?
Particularmente apoyaría a todos los usuarios que se destaquen en sus publicaciones y que reflejen en ellas su originalidad. Entiendo que la constancia y disciplina se debe valorar, pero ocasionalmente hay que evaluar y entender que existen ausencias justificadas; algunas de ellas son por enfermedad. Aplaudo las iniciativas que se promueven desde las diferentes comunidades y por supuestos que apoyaría proyectos novedosos.
I would particularly support all users who stand out in their publications and reflect their originality in them. I understand that consistency and discipline should be valued, but occasionally it is necessary to evaluate and understand that there are excused absences; some of them are due to illness. I applaud the initiatives that are promoted from the different communities and of course that would support innovative projects.
4.¿Qué usuarios consideras los próximos delfines en nuestra blockchain?.// Which users do you consider the next dolphins on our blockchain?
Celebro y admiro a los usuarios que son constantes y ofrecen una variedad de temas en su historial y trabajan por invertir en la plataforma. Hay publicaciones que son muy dignas de ser leídas pero reconozco que me gusta la versatilidad que resalta en los blogs de las amigas: @lucianav, @wendyth16, @daisiselena, @nathyortiz y a @tripode, a quien por cierto felicito por haber llegado a sus 5.000 HP. Las considero unas motivadoras y ejemplos a emular.
I celebrate and admire users who are consistent and offer a variety of topics in their history and work to invest in the platform. There are publications that are very worth reading but I recognize that I like the versatility that stands out in the blogs of friends: @lucianav, @ wendyth16, @daisiselena, @nathyortiz and @tripode, whom I certainly congratulate for having reached their 5,000 HP. I consider them motivating and examples to emulate.
5.¿Te gustaría formar parte de algún proyecto o comunidad?.// Would you like to be part of a project or community?
Por supuesto que sí, sería un placer y un honor. Son oportunidades que no se deben desaprovechar porque participar en nuevos proyectos te permite explotar tu potencial y descubrir otras habilidades y talentos.
Of course yes, it would be a pleasure and an honor. These are opportunities that should not be missed because participating in new projects allows you to exploit your potential and discover other skills and talents.
6.¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenidos?.// ¿What do you like most about Hive for creating content?
La libertad que nos brinda Hive para trabajar cualquier tema, no tengo horarios para publicar y por supuesto que el incentivo económico es algo clave en el funcionamiento de esta infraestructura digital. Gracias Hive por el espacio amigable, decente y bonito que me ofreces para compartir mis creaciones, manualidades, recetas de cocina y reflexiones personales.
The freedom that Hive gives us to work on any topic, I don't have schedules to publish and of course the economic incentive is key in the operation of this digital infrastructure. Thank you Hive for the friendly, decent and beautiful space that you offer me to share my creations, crafts, cooking recipes and personal reflections.
7.¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas?.// Do you have any advice for current or future whales?
Admiro y valoro el trabajo tan bonito y arduo que realizan día a día. Siempre he creído que detrás de cada ballena existe un equipo talentoso que los ayuda a leer y valorar tantas publicaciones. Los felicito por tan encomiable labor. Sólo les diría que continúen apoyando los contenidos de calidad y en ocasiones he observado que algunas publicaciones son subestimadas y otras sobre valoradas.
I admire and appreciate the beautiful and hard work you do every day. I have always believed that behind every whale there is a talented team that helps them read and value so many publications. I congratulate you for such a commendable work. I would just tell them to continue to support quality content and I have sometimes observed that some posts are underrated and others are overrated.
8.Menciona esos proyectos que más te apoyan y cuéntanos qué es lo que más te gusta de todo lo que hacen?.// Mention those projects that support you the most and tell us what do you like the most of everything they do?

Con todo gusto y placer compartiría con los amigos que he logrado en mi navegar por Hive y me hace mucha ilusión la idea de conocerlos personalmente. Sería grandioso aprender de tanta gente que con su esfuerzo y trabajo han crecido en esta plataforma y que tienen un caudal de experiencias para compartir.
With all my pleasure and pleasure I would share with the friends that I have made in my browsing through Hive and I am very excited about the idea of meeting them personally. Que bella, usted siempre tan especial con sus palabras y consejos. Ciertamente hay que tomar las ausencias por todo motivo, no siempre podemos estar pegados a la pc o celular para estar activos, pero bueno hay una vida que vivir jejejejeje. Me alegra verla nuevamente por aquí pero también espero que se recupere muy pronto de sus ojitos y que todo salga bien.
