Hello beautiful people! How are you? I hope you are good. Today I will give you the "Irish coffee" recipe that we often prepare at home. But this is a little different from the recipes you know. I am preparing it by changing it a little bit according to myself. For example, I do not use cream. Before starting the recipe, I would like to briefly inform those who do not know about Irish coffee.
Irish coffee is an interesting coffee made with whiskey. Irish coffee is a combination of coffee, Irish whiskey and brown sugar combined and mixed and served with a cocktail style presentation with whipped cream. The use of Jameson whiskey is always required to make this coffee. Even the Irish ask the waiters whether the whiskey is Jameson whiskey before ordering.
This coffee is served in a specially produced 120cc Irish Coffee Glass (large handle whiskey glass - goblet).
Irish Coffee recipe
- Materials:
1/3 part brown sugar, 1 part Irish whiskey, 1 part cream, 3 parts espresso, vanilla (powder or grated stick), cinnamon (powder or grated stick) and nutmeg
- Preparation of:
- Dissolve brown sugar in equal amounts in boiling water. 2. Mix the sugar syrup with the whiskey in a warmed glass. 3. Whisk the cold cream gently until it starts to harden. 4. Add 2 shots of espresso, one at a time, into the mixture. (If your glass fits in the container of the espresso machine, you can prepare the espresso shots directly into the glass so that your coffee will keep warm.) 5. Add the whipped cream over the coffee cocktail. (Using the back of a spoon, slowly pouring it will make the cream float.) 6. Garnish with vanilla, cinnamon and grated nutmeg.
The recipe I have given above is the classic Irish coffee recipe. What I will write now is my own adaptation. This is just as satisfying as his classic recipe! But it is less troublesome, easier to prepare than the other. I want to go to my own recipe right away.

Brown sugar
Coconut oil
The construction phase ;
First, put the coffee and sugar in the glass, and add the coconut oil. Put hot water on it and brew. Finally, add the whiskey and mix and your coffee is ready. Bon Appetit!

But does the sugar has to be compulsorily a Brown Sugar?
Would a white sugar not be suitable?
Yes, but I didn't follow all the rules, if you have white sugar, you can use it.
