La palabra flaca en lo personal no me gusta, la razón es que para mi fue usada para el bullying. Flaca, desnutrida, sin vida, son palabras que causan daño y más cuando hieren tu autoestima.
Me gusta decir delgada, "estoy delgada" estás delgada" es más aceptable.
La gente ven a una persona delgada y creen que no comen, que son anoréxicas, y la mayoría no son así, una persona delgada come demasiado y lo digo por mi experiencia, somos de metabolismo rápido, nos cuesta un poco subir de peso, pero si nos alimentamos como es debido, hacemos ejercicio para estar en forma, e igual tenemos la misma contextura.
Si es una persona con contextura gruesa la crítican, si es delgada también, el mundo es así, solo hay que educar.
