Vivo en un solitario planeta
absorta en mi propio episodio
no sé de los demás
mucho de mi mundo tampoco
gira entre las estrellas
mas no las toco.
Ayer se suma a hoy
sin límites ni contornos
mis pensamientos revueltos
envuelven todo todo
bailan sueltos
se han vuelto locos.
Sin pausa y sin prisa
pretendo encontrar salida
recuperar la risa
y el dialogar
abrazar la vida
el equilibrio alcanzar.
Mi solitario planeta
quiero ya abandonar
montar una bicicleta
rodar hasta el mar
y contemplarlo quieta
y profundo inspirar.
Quiero ya
ver los niños en el parque
oír su ruidoso jugar
que da vida a la tarde
oírlos quiero ya
vivir su disfrutar

neither about my world
it rotate among the stars
but I don't touch them.
Yesterday joins today
without limits or contours
my scrambled thoughts
envelop everything
everything dances loose
they have gone crazy.
Without pause and without haste
I try to find a way out,
to recover laughter
and dialogue,
to embrace life,
to achieve balance.
My lonely planet
I already want to abandon
riding a bicycle
roll to the sea
and contemplate it quiet
and deep inspire.
I already want to see
the children in the park
hear their noisy play
that gives life to the afternoon
hear them now
I want to live their enjoy
