This might be of help, just a simple affordable soup you can prepare and eat with any turning food.
- Ingredients
Blended egusi
Pepper and onions
Seasonings
vegetables
Palm oil.
Fish
To prepare this, I fried egusi in palm oil, and added the blended or grated pepper and onions..
Next I cleaned the vegetables
Added the pepper
After cutting and cleaning the vegetables, I boiled it in water and threw away, next I put everything together and allow it to cook properly.
Remember its a budgeted soup, so we marked out some ingredients likes cray fish, cow skin haka fish and other spices you may want to add.
With this you can enjoy a healthy meal.
