I tried something new this time around, making a pant pattern for the first time. Though i used an ankara fabric and some fitting need to be put in place i was glad i achieved this on my own with no help at all.
After cutting the different pieces i tried inserting a square pocket and using my own initiative this went in well but not without some issh
Here is the affixed pocket while i was sewing it in.
For sewing, i first joined the sides together, waist to hip to full length
Then joined the crotch together and sewed it straight down.
After the joinings i have the finished pants here
I had sewing companions since i was making my pants at home and they were interested in knowing each step i take. We sat and worked 😊
