Hoy les quiero mostrar algunas fotografías que por primera vez salen a la luz después de tanto tiempo 🤣. Estas fotografías son de cuando viajé a la ciudad de San Luis Potosí, México. El viaje fue realizado hace dos años y fue por motivos meramente académicos. Aun así me divertí demasiado y conocí bastantes tipos de comidas regionales muy deliciosas.
Today I want to show you some pictures that for the first time are coming to light after so long 🤣. These photographs are from when I traveled to the city of San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The trip was made two years ago and was for purely academic reasons. I had a lot of fun and got to know many different kinds of delicious regional food.
Después de la jornada académica una de las principales actividades que realizábamos era busca un lugar donde comer. De las primeras comidas regionales que nos recomendaron los habitantes de la ciudad, fueron las míticas enchiladas potosinas. Sinceramente, al verlas no me causaron mucha emoción, ya que se veían muy sencillas. Al probarlas la sensación de sabores fue grandiosa, por más simples que se vean, se las recomiendo totalmente.
After the academic day, one of the main activities we did was looking for a place to eat. One of the first regional dishes recommended by the city dwellers was the mythical enchiladas potosinas. When I saw them, they did not cause much emotion, as they looked straightforward. When I tasted them, the taste sensation was great. No matter how simple they look, I recommend them.
En este congreso, conocí a uno de los científicos más reconocidos en el área que me especialicé, Hassan K. Khalil.
At this congress, I met one of the most renowned scientists in the area I specialized in, Hassan K. Khalil.
Debido al poco tiempo que tenía, no pude visitar los hermosos lugares turísticos de la Huasteca Potosina; espero poder visitar esos lugares en el futuro. Pero dentro de mi paseo por la ciudad, visité muchos museos, en algunos de los cuales tomé fotos, pero eso será para otro post.
Due to the limited time I had, I couldn't visit the beautiful tourist places in the Huasteca Potosina; I hope to be able to visit those places in the future. But within my walk around the city, I visited many museums, wherein some I took pictures, but that will be for another post.
Para terminar con este post, en el museo de arte contemporáneo había un homenaje a David Bowie, en el cual se presentaron esculturas hiperrealistas, y sí que lo eran, porque al tocar su rostro la sensación era igual al de la piel humana.
To finish this post, in the museum of contemporary art there was a tribute to David Bowie, in which hyperrealist sculptures were presented, and yes they were, because when you touched his face the sensation was equal to that of human skin.

Oye ese lago artificial se ve muy chido, ya me imaginé tomando fotos jaja.
Esta machín ese lago la verdad, te ibas a entretener bastante tomando foto, de hecho todo el parque esta chilo. Lo recorrimos como en 6 horas.

Conocer lugares, culturas y comida nueva es una experiencia muy linda aunque sea por trabajo o académica la visita 😊
Las imágenes muestran un lugar hermoso.
Es una experiencia muy enriquecedora la verdad. Se disfruta mucho conocer lugares nuevos, aunque sea por poco tiempo.
